Meeting Her

Buyer beware - this game is an abandoned Steam project. The developer has gone radio silent and that's usually an indication that the game is DOA. Its been my experience that most developers (with abandoned projects) use Patreon for making money. They then release an EA game on Steam usually with promise of grandiose updates / future content to milk some extra money. And then nothing happens. The latter happened here. Sadly as with many of these abandoned Steam projects, you get invested in the story and then...poof "that's all folks." Save your money (and time) on "completed games" or on others that actually get regular updates / feedback from the developer.

Reviewed on: 2024/06/04 Score: 6/10 Playtime: About 9 hours for 100% achievements and unlocks. [b]Note:[/b] All signs point to this game being abandoned. Purchase at your own risk. What's there is serviceable, albeit flawed. [b]Adult:[/b] The main flavor of this game is father/daughter incest. With some player choices pointing toward future content about pregnancy, exhibitionism and MFF threesomes. [b]Visual:[/b] Sprites are used a lot, where characters are shown on top of backgrounds, instead of posed and rendered. This causes obvious issues with perspective, where characters seem unnaturally tall or small, or otherwise out of sync with their environment. The animations aren't great. Lots of clipping of hair and body parts. They also have robotic movements, mostly in the early game. It's clear the dev improved their skills considerably while creating this AVN. Mandatory pauses are used during animations, blocking players from clicking to skip/continue. Some textures are very low resolution, most noticeably the ground of the park. There is some variety in body-shapes, though all LI have (very) large chests. Estefania is built like an amazonian warrior, which fits her personality nicely. Fernanda is short and thicc. [b]Sound:[/b] “Meeting Her” has music and sound effects. The music is fairly generic, but not too repetitive or distracting. The music's volume isn't well-balanced, some tracks are much louder than others. [b]Novel:[/b] Albeit marred by its English translation, the writing isn't bad. In the sense that it isn't perfect, but I've seen much worse. Two main plots intertwine. One is the main character reconnecting with his long-lost daughter. The other has him investigate money laundering at his place of work. The only mandatory LI in this story is Fernanda, the daughter. The MC's current girlfriend (Estefania) can be dumped at the start of chapter 3. Each LI has their distinct personality, hopes and dreams, and player choice determines how they act toward the MC. Sadly, the MC is a bit of a mixed bag. He can appear juvenile and creepy, even if the player doesn't make creepy choices. If the player decides to go after multiple LI's, the relationships will be based on lying and cheating. [b]Conclusion:[/b] I would've loved to see this game get finished, but all signs point to it being abandoned. What is it with AVNs that give you a character that is suppose to be the main character's friend, who is so stupid and such a scum bucket? I guess stupid people hang out with stupid people, but I sure don't, so I don't want a character like that in the story unless I have a choice to have the main character completly avoid him. Anyway, after 118 minutes I quit reading as I found the whole story to be stupid and poorly written and story boarded. If you are looking for a good AVN on Steam, I would recommend the following: Acting Lessons, Depraved Awakenings, Leap of Faith, Love Season, and Sisterly Lust.

A well rendered VN, decent plot, still in EA so keep that in mind but worth it at the price.

It's good and interesting story! I'm excited to see where the story goes from what is in the game so far. I've enjoyed the game and waiting for more of the story. The game has really good renders and animations. I recommend the game but keep in mind that it is EA so it's not finished yet.

Great story alot going on great girls animated scenes alot to build on

a bit boring imo..

Absolutely loved this game. Great story with fun and unique characters.
