Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 9.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i have played this game almost from the beginning when it was board game and we painted our mechs. still love it.
It's alright I suppose.
i normally dont leave reviews but why not i have quite alot hours in this game been playing since launch i was never a big mech guy. but i gotta say this game really made me love the mecha genre. (i dont like Gundam either to anime like mechs are suposed to be slow hulking war machines) the game does have a story i only played it once most of my time has been in the career sandbox the gameplay loop is that basically your a merc or pmc but you use mechs n take jobs and contracts for reviling factions. you build rep n get more trust depending on the amount jobs you do for them. very deep mech customization. (i do recommend you get the big 3 or 4 YET ANOTHER MECH LAB MODS off nexus or steam for the full customization) if modded you can strip mechs right down to the endo frame n put back together swaps engine cores ect refit your attached weapons if you can imagine it you could probably customize it. only complaint is the DLCs can be very off putting with the amount of them that have been dropped over the years. and anytime a new DLC drops they break the modding scene and it takes months for all the must have mods get updated. (and the lance mate AI can be very bad but that can be fixed with a mod as well.) and the game does have a deep learning curve i do recommend if you wanna get the DLCs wait for a sale but its up to you.

Very fun, I like a more open mech bay so the YAML mods made it more fun for me. Played up to Shadow of Kerensky, which was a really nice introduction to the Clans. I'd wait for the bundle sale, since the base game without DLCs can get stale fast. Shadow of Kerensky DLC was fun enough to tempt me into getting Chaos march at full price.
My first ever game was MechWarrior 4 on my dad's old windows XP computer back in 2010. While I can say that there are a few areas that they could improve upon such as the MechLab I will say that with the DLC's the game becomes a blast especially when you start to use the Workshop. That being said I will say that buying each DLC is expensive so I'd wait for a sale on the 8 DLC bundle to get them at a great price.
Its a good time now that the DLC has fleshed it out a bit and given us a lot of stuff to do.
Very addictive gameplay
Stomping around in a giant robot and committing war crimes is a good time!
Steam Summer Sale, me on medical leave, 130 hours played in two weeks, just like in the good old days of not having resposabilities. I think all is said.
Playing this game with mods is the most fun you can have without a library card
