Experienced on the Meta Quest 2
You can view my gameplay & early impressions here: https://youtu.be/Sm9mYZf_gf4 This is a cute, family friendly collection of online multiplayer pvp games that is perfect for families with kids. Even better, it's not currently heavily monetized. I only saw a season pass for cosmetic items (you get free ones too). On the downside though, I didn't see anybody online. You can technically play single-player, but it's not really fun to play it that way. However, if you have friends online with VR and you're looking for a family friendly set of PvP games, then I could easily recommend this game for you. The main draw is the locomotion method. It's sort of like arm swing, but more like a low-gravity rocket booster where you press grab and propel yourself (slingshot) across the map at break-neck speeds, plus you can jump high or grapple hook or use a bow & arrow (sort of). There's a racing game, a game where you collect orbs, a game where you collect orbs but the floor is falling, and a bomb type game that I don't think works single-player. Game is running on the Unity Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting mostly 72 fps. I did not experience any major issues or bugs. You have snap turning available. You can reset height, so you can technically play seated or standing (standing is easier though). Rate ?/10.
If you enjoyed my review, please consider joining my Steam Curator Group. 👑 Powered by HoI 4 Deu Curators group in German / English 👑⠀⠀⠀

Follow Main group
Follow Second group
Follow Third group
English: MechaLeague is a fast-paced mecha race from Mechabit (how apt) that relies on the well-known and strenuous arm-swinging technique. MechaLeague is a typical racing game, with various types of laps and game modes. Of course, it lives from the multiplayer mode, which was only filled with bots during my test. But it's also fun on its own. Even if the long-term motivation is lacking. We can equip our bot with individual stuff and thus always compete in races that are recognizable to everyone. The graphics are simple, which is not surprising as it is a cross-platformer and therefore has to be at the very bottom in terms of graphics so that even the weakest quest can play along. The fact that the lobby is empty and looks low is compounded by the exhausting controls. As in Gorilla Tag, we swing our bot arms to get across the arenas and race tracks. In doing so, we must not fall off or out of them. With our first main weapon, a bow, we have to be able to aim well in order to collect colorful balloons faster than our opponents. We also have to collect ammunition. The controls take some getting used to, but work very well. A tutorial at the start of the game also explains the approach. The main game, MechaLegue, costs nothing. However, if you really enjoy it, the developers ask for paid support. This gives us a new track and cosmetics that are not available in this form. Further cosmetics are available to buy as additional DLCs. You can find that however you like. MechaLeague is what it promises to be, a fast, colorful and exhausting mecha race. Good for your fitness. 👀How the robo-monkeys lumber around 🎊on my curator page. 👑 Powered by HoI 4 Deu Curators group in German / English 👑⠀⠀⠀

Follow Main group
Follow Second group
Follow Third group
MechaLeague is a free to play VR multiplayer game. It worked on my Index and HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Has a tutorial. An platformer obstacle course game. Has arm swinging movement system. Has 6 steam achievements. Has bots that can play with you. Maybe try this game for free.
Played this for a few hours with some friends. It's simple but a good laugh with mates. Love the artwork and the locomotion system.
I played in desktop mode. It felt a bit weird with motion. The game lacks graphical settings options. however it was fun even with me playing against bots.
its fun trust me
