A really fun game that is under rated. It has its pros and cons but I commend it for being a marvel game doing something different. I feel like its so cheap now that if you love marvel you should buy it and give it a test run. The story is nice and I teared up at the end. I loved interacting with all the characters and it makes me angry that the game flopped because now I wont get to see more adventures from the midnight suns. Pros: Different/Unique gameplay for a marvel IP Fun and interesting characters Friendship system and fun conversations Good story (subjective) Awesome animations for attacks Cons: Tutorial pop-ups are way too annoying Janky controls A bit dated with some mechanics can be a bit buggy at times

Fluid turn based combat Customizable team (to a degree) Amazing graphics (95% of the time) Fun side activities and mini-stories Interesting story and character dynamics Relatively balanced game difficulties and missions You can be besties with Spider-Man and talk fashion with Blade I am the target demographic. Need better, less expensive costumes and less glitchy after battle screens though So thus far, at time of review.... 8.8 out of 10 stars; would recommend, get it on sale!
One of the most perfectly made tactical RPGs ever made. All the heros are fun to play and have a cool gimmick associated to their builds. Great story and combat variety. If you like this genre at all you will have a blast with this game. If you also love the marvel heros than your in for a real treat.

I played this game for fifteen minutes and thought it was corny. Then I gave it another chance a year later. While, yes, it is corny, it is the best of corny. The superheroes act like super heroes, the villains act like villains. There are tons of conversations to have with your favorite Marvel superheroes. The graphics and music are really good. The base building is really good as well. All that said the fights are outstanding! If you liked the fights of X-com 2 then you'll love this.

A great twist on the turn based strategy formula. The cards add a nice element to unlocks and how combat functions, and watching abilities play out for characters that are not often shown in games or film was a treat. Only gripe is I can't romance Magik. I want my blonde demon mommy Firaxis
