I really wanted to like this but I kind of cant. The AI voice acting kept taking me completely out of it. I even said on stream, especially for indie horror devs, you wouldnt believe how many horror content creators would gladly lend their voices to a game and not ask for pay, with that I dont believe theres any excuse to use AI voice acting. Aside from that, while SOME of the scares got me, most I ran right at because I saw them coming from a mile away. Audio levels were all over the place, ranging from too loud to too quiet, too literally no sound. I had to keep checking in some spots to see if I muted the game by accident. Visuals, it ran better than many other indie horrors I've played and didnt have to adjust graphics which was nice but also ran into many spots with randomly floating objects and items completely disappearing. I also almost never used the camera as I felt the night vision was just too dark to be helpful. The premise of the story I thought was actually good, just felt it was too rushed and needed expanded upon. Thats probably the best way to describe the game as a whole. Rushed and needed expanded upon.
Friendly advice: A horror game is supposed to scare the player, not piss them off.

Girlfriend forced me to buy this for her to watch me play. Later we had sex. Now we are both disappointed.
Emily wants to play with a different setting... different dolls... and a way to eager protagonist (the voice acting in this game does not match what is supposed to be being portrayed in the game itself). This game could've been better had it actually done something with all the dolls you get introduced to like Emily Wants To Play does... but most of the time you're just spent doing nothing of merit while the dolls do random stuff in the background. Save your money (and more importantly you're time) and pass this one over.
Played it yesterday, not everything was kind of clear on what to do from the start. Eventually when the developer joined the stream I figured out where to go next, wich was helpfull. The jumpscares were good, and the dolls are already creepy on their own. Voice acting was a bit off at some times, but that didn't make the game bad in any way. For a one man developer this game is pretty solid!
If there was A way to rate this game neutrally I would, The start of the game I was fairly Impressed, but then upon playing some more the game started showing signs of being very rushed (Maybe an asset flip??), I really wanted to like the game more than I did but I simply can't. Pros: -The game is very nice looking graphically. -Gives heavy Outlast and dead silence vibes. -Puzzles were actually made you think at points. -The notes were somewhat poetic. Cons: -Too short. -AI voices and dialogue were outlandish and jarring. -Exterior was rushed and had very little outside of the play area. -Certain areas had no ambient sound at all. -Jumpscares came by the dozen and carried no weight because they were very predictable. -Felt cheap and shallow in terms of story. I cover a few more points in my playthrough here: https://youtu.be/dyv-_v39lQE?si=8QJmYxVwbxrgq01K
Buggy mess -.-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLwE7XNqF30&t=9s Game was a little short as most indie games are, a lot of questions unanswered. Some good jump scares, and I thought the life size dolls made for a better creepy experience. No performance issues/bugs during play-through. The English dialogue was a bit off at times, but did bring a little humor to the game with the British detective.Pretty sure it was AI generated dialogue. Puzzles were not too difficult. The inventory system or hot keys never really needed to be used either, but they were there. I would give this indie horror a 6/10.
Unpredictable jumpscares and a gripping plot keep you on the edge of your seat hhh, game mtart9a👍
