Mage Arena

The game has heart and a goofy concept, but it's just not there yet. It's buggy and feels unfinished, but I hope the dev will continue to work on it until I can change this review to a positive one.

This is my first game review on Steam, and I hate for it to be a negative one. I just bought this game because it looked fun. I went to play the tutorial to learn the game. The first step in the tutorial is to light the torch using the left mouse button. I tried to and it didn't work. I thought okay let me exit out of the game and try it again. I still couldn't light the torch. I thought I wasn't holding the button for long enough so i held it for 3 minutes and nothing happend. It is really weird because it shows the animation, it shows the left arm moving towards the torch but you can't light it, nor can you move until it's lit. I even looked up the tutorial on youtube thinking I was doing it wrong, and nope, I did it just like the youtube video showed. It's just frustrating the game is bugging so much for me I can't even complete the tutorial, and it looked so promising too!
