[h1]A well-executed theatrical experience in VR[/h1] Madrid Noir is an approximately 45 minutes long theatrical experience in VR. I would describe it as being closer to watching a theatre performance rather than a movie. The 45-minute VR experience is semi-interactive with short sections of audience participation.  The story is well-written, engaging, and provides a layer of suspense and mystery. I give a 7/10 for the plot, it isn't the most original but it provides a sense of satisfaction at the end. A fairly family-friendly plot with some depiction of guns and gun violence. Voiceovers and sound design are well-done. Voiceovers are available in English, French, and Spanish. The intermission is well-placed to avoid fatigue and is suitable for a short refreshment and VR break. The VR interactions are simple, effective, and do not feel forced. I would not recommend getting this solely for the VR interactions but it is a good example of how VR interactions could be used to enhance a VR theatre experience. The "stages" aren't always in front of you so the ability to look around in VR is well used to create an immersive viewing experience. The art style is cohesive and beautiful, and the animations exude the personality of handcrafted animations. What this VR experience lack is accessibility options. It doesn't appear to distinguish between seated or standing; there was one scene where the interactions were more convenient when in a slightly elevated position. Subtitles should have been included for the hearing impaired and additional translations. The pricing is fair although some might feel it is slightly steep for a 45-minute experience. Getting this on sale would be great if you think this way. On est ici plus dans un film d'animation en VR que dans un jeu. Il y a quelques intéractions mais ce n'est pas du coup le coeur de l'oeuvre On suit le récit des souvenirs d'enfance d'une jeune femme et l'enquête qu'elle a mené sur son oncle. C'est superbement bien animé (seuls les quelques moments où le perso reste totalement figé en attendant qu'on lui passe un objet font un peu tache) et le rendu cartoon est très joli. L’héroïne est attachante et l'histoire, bien que courte, est touchante C'est le genre d'expérience très sympa à voir en VR

Sympathique petite expérience en VR, qui est principalement un film d'animation cartoon narré en français avec quelques interactions très ponctuelles pour faire avancé le récit... Très bien réalisé dans l'ensemble. Par contre, j'ai eu un petit bug à 25mn lors de l'ouverture de la boite cachée, écran noir avec le son...obligé de relancer du début.... (sous HTC Vive Pro 2)

Buena forma de contarte una historieta española pre-guerra civil en formato Teatro con las Gafas. Se hace cortisimo, pero disfrutable. Aparecen sitios iconicos de madrid, como puede ser Gran vía, el viaducto de Segovia, el edificio Metropolis, Atocha y la famosa estacion abandonada de Chamberi. Recomendado.

Looks like low-poly Quest garbage to me - and extremely low-res textures. On top of that the performance is really bad even with a RTX 3090. I refunded - would not want this Meta garbage on my drive even if it was free. Well crafted VR short film with minor interactions. It's about 40 minutes long which is almost twice as big as most VR animations. Cartoony visuals are very stylish and sharp, look great from the opening credits till the very end. And the music is just perfect for the Noir genre. The game works on Reverb G2 with default controller bindings. But it looks like the native super sampling is way too high on it: on 100% Steam super sampling it is noticeably lagging on 6800 XT. But when you set it on 60-70% SS, lag goes away while image does not get less sharp at all.

Starts off a bit slow. Wish there was more interactivity like the flashlight scenes. But overall a well animated VR Film with excellent voice acting. I'd grab it on a sale though.

La historia está bien. Una lástima la poquísima imaginación que hay en ciertos sectores del cine español para imaginarse a un malo. Este es el caso, una caricatura de un legionario perteneciente a la falange. ¡Y cómo no, en su guarida una virgen situada en un lugar extraño que no pega ni con cola! ¡Disimulad un poco incluyendo una escena en la que se santigüe delante de ella para que esté ahí por algo! ¡Que se nota mucho que es para tener el pack completo!! Por cierto, existen otros sindicatos que no son la CNT, como son la USO, UGT o CC.OO. Mucha propaganda que sobra. La siguiente entrega parece ser que será en La Habana. ¿Vais a poner al mismísimo Tío Sam de malo? Lo del buzón de correos con el emblema usado a partir de 1977, con una corona encima, también es de traca... ¡Que se supone que eran los tiempos de la Segunda Repúblicas! En fin, una penosa manera de arruinar una bonita historia. Si eres capaz de pasar de la propaganda, o eres totalmente afín a ella, lo disfrutarás. Yo, lo que he hecho es pasar de ella. Ahora bien, de que ahí estaba, me he dado cuenta perfectamente y por eso escribo estas líneas.

Esta muy bien hecho, buena historia y narrativa, compralo en rebaja
