The game plays similar to Super Buckyball Tournament and Slapshot Rebound, but definitely has it's own feel and mechanics to the game which makes it unique and challenging to sharpen your skills. There are a few bugs but none that are really game breaking so they could easily be ironed out within the coming weeks. Not to mention the game was primarily made by 1 developer so hats off to him/her for making a well balanced casual fun game to kickback and play with friends or alone. The customization you can do on your bots is simple but cool (i guess), really wish you could color individual body parts and parts of the weapon, but maybe that could be implemented later down the line. The discord is very friendly and willing to teach new players simple mechanics and answer any questions you may have, in addition to the developer keeping everyone updated on upcoming patches and the roadmap for the game. Overall I'd definitely give the game a try (since it's free) and give it a few hours in the practice modes to really get a feel for how it's supposed to be played out and see if you enjoy it enough to continue playing during your free time. Also be sure to watch the simple mechanic tutorial video they have shown on the main menu, since there isn't a built in tutorial for the game yet!

Is Mad Ball the next big game? No probably not, but it is a great deal of fun, especially if you're involved with its small but niche community. Mad Ball isn't easy compared to other fictional sports titles, the game is extremely skill-based and doesn't necessarily have the most simple mechanics, but with enough time and practice, the game gets easier as you play. Its free, there's no reason not to give it a good go.

Feels like a game that you let sink in, entry level is highish, but if you play with friends it's not that bad, otherwise game feels good, a bit clunky at times but doesnt take away from the enjoyment.
Fun game especially if you enjoy practicing mechanics. Decent learning curve sort of like a cross between Super Buckyball Tournament and Slapshot Rebound. Very fun to play with friends but there are practice modes and mini games to play solo that can be very addicting. As a free game created by a very small team the product is really impressive and well worth giving a try. The DLC is also very affordable and adds some welcomed flavor to your character models. Community is small but very friendly, you are often able to find people to play with just by posting in Discord. All in all, give the game a shot as it can be very rewarding with a little bit of practice.
Mad Ball or (sort of) originally Mad Machines (say sort of because this isn't the exact same game) is a very Rocket League like game, but instead of a car you are a robot with a melee weapon. Now I am no god at this game, but I did play it when it was originally called Mad Machines, and I'll say that if my memory does me any good, I think I do like this version more. Putting all the switching it to some sort of arena shooter type thing and DLC owners (I was one) getting a bit screwed as that game mode (the original Mad Ball) vanished, we have Mad Ball. And I think that existential moment the developer (or one of, I'm not really sure) had with Rocket League took it's to toll as it (again if my memory does me any good) the game feels way more vertically, which I think is a good thing (especially when you are these futuristic robots that move on the ground relatively slow and have boosters on your feet). I think you used to be able to fly up the whiles and fly a bit in the air but you would run out of boost, but now you can just go up at a decent pace by pressing space, as well as having other quicker options. Standing by the goal no longer makes you giant (you have the option which I'm almost sure you didn't before but correct me if I'm wrong), again, emphasizing the speed and verticality (is that really not a word?). They also removed the magnet mechanic to my knowledge, which if I remember would allow you to just carry the ball instead of having to hit it (although other people could hit it off you) and I think it was pretty crucial to gameplay, so that's a pretty big change that I'd say is probably better than it is worse. I could see them adding it back as some sort of power up in a game mode like Rocket League has, maybe you just press the key that turns you big when you're in the goal to activate it, add some more power ups, and you got a new game mode. On a different note, It can be a bit difficult to be precise as movement is very snappy, but it does make actually getting a hit feel more rewarding. Downside is, I haven't gotten to test it with other players, plus side is, there is AI, downside is, it's not very good. Out of all the bot names I saw, Crackbot has to be the most fitting, as it feels like there was like accidentally one piece of punctuation that was typed that broke a line of code that messed up a big chunk of the AI. Despite the issues, I wish the best for this game, as there is definitely something very cool and fun here and this is a bit gross so don't read this if you're eating but I like threw up in my mouth but it really only got to my throat and then my nose and my chest starting burning and stinging like heeelll and I could taste like the last thing I drank and ate. Anyways, one little bug I encountered is that holding control mid air either makes you float, or that's intentional and it just doesn't play any sort of animation (I'm assuming that's the case).
Спортивные игры для вооруженных роботов, катаем шары, разбиваем кубики, играем в футбол. Меня не особо впечатлило, но уверен, что найдутся любители.
This game is Rocket League with better controls for the most part but i am excited to see what they do with it. It plays smooth and is a great quick game to play with friends.
très bon jeu (qui nécessite un certain temps pour commencer à le prendre en main) qui gagnerait beaucoup à être plus connu, car y'a un gros potentiel ---- very good game (that needs a little bit of time to learn and get used to the gameplay) that would gain a lot by being better known, because there is huge potential here
Fun Game Great People Great Players & an amazing community try it out !!!!!!
