So it seems I have tried to play this before and ended up uninstalling it. Having reinstalled it and trying to play it again I can see why I gave up the first time. The puzzles are vague and obscure in design. 99% of the puzzles involve random clicking on everything, if only to find out where the puzzle pieces are, even before you try to solve it. After about half an hour into the game the fun is gone. Everything becomes a chore. Yes the graphics look good and I admire the work out into them, but it's all kind of lack luster and lacks character.
ive known Lumi for years and had zero idea that she was in a game. whats happening!
What an endearing little gem of a game. Full of character and style, it transports you into a place so unlike anything else you've seen in games before - it has a strong tactile feel to it. On your journey through Lunino City, you will meet a wide variety of quirky characters with their own little problems and issues, and you help them (and yourself) by solving an equally wide variety of puzzles with a very hands-on feel to them. For me as an older gamer, these often harked back to real-life problems from decades ago and stirred up fond memories. The Puzzles definitely make you think, but the Handyman book you get at the start contains hints and tips to pretty much all of them. Many are solvable without these though if you think about them logically. A big recommendation from me, despite the game being fairly short - but that's a good thing, as the pacing is perfect and the game doesn't contain any artificial lengthening.
I really cute and fun game. The story is lovely and I love the way at the end, the whole story is ... well, you'll just have to play it but I suggest watching all the credits. Some of the puzzles were tricky but not impossible.
a small beautiful game though the game is calm, time flys by way faster than you think
great puzzles challenging yet logical
It is a beautifully made game. A lot of cute details and design elements everywhere you look. So much craft and effort went into building this little world. I like that the puzzles are simple but not obvious - they actually make you work and thing to get past them. Sometimes I'd get stuck due to the game's programming (sometimes you can interact or go somewhere only if you stand at certain places so you end up clicking all over the screen just to make sure). I guess it comes from the effort to not make interactive elements obvious. So yeah.. the controls are a bit clunky, but beautiful game. One of the first games I've ever played and a game that influenced me a lot was The Neverhood chronicles and this had a very similar vibe. (definately better than Armikrog, which was another atempt from Neverhood's team)
