I'm not really in the target audience for this sort of game since I'm not a really big fan of Visual Novels, especially the sort of cutesy anime type ones, but I'm really glad I tried it out. The main character can sometimes come off as a little cheesy but the girls you are in the Gaming club with are genuinely hilarious at times and their clashing and sometimes symbiotic personalities create a lot of funny and entertaining situations. There's a LOT of character building here and a ton to read, I'd actually like to see it in a novel or graphic novel format, the game is also just long enough to not overstay its welcome and leaving you wanting more of the characters. In addition depending on who you romance each path will lead to new events and new dialogue between the characters and considering there's multiple free DLCs that come with the game that also will extend the playtime even further. I finished one romance route and am excited to go back and look at the other story choices and the DLCs, the game was very heartwarming and although not a tearjerker by any means had a lot of emotional impact and I start liking the characters and the time I was spending with them. If you don't like reading a lot this may not be for you there is a LOT of dialogue, and I see that as a good thing. Very cute and entertaining visual novel, worth it for $8 in terms of how much playtime you'll get out of it but for .99 cents on sale this was a total steal, excellent job devs!
Alex best girl
It's a fun game and more than worth it's price, especially on sale. I just honestly kinda wished it had maybe only 2 or 1 route. The limited scope is not something I hold against the game, I just feel that it probably would have done better as a kinetik novel, to be able to focus everything and make it feel a bit less... Skippy so to speak. Well that and the 'Robot' chick, she is annoying, plain and simple as that. She is one of those 8th grader syndrome characters, which can be cute sure but having 8th grader syndrome is essentially her entire character which just makes her annoying as hell. That said, you will probably find a route that you will like Tifa- Standard childhood friend fare, nothing much to add there Stacey- Rich ♥♥♥♥♥ chick. A bit too overdone towards the middle (which to be fair is because her route it about making her realize that). In terms of romance you get what you expect as well, very outgoing, partying and confident but completely inexperienced in relationships and quite cute. Alex-I honestly have no clue, I think she tries to hide that she likes super sentai but you don't really learn anything about her if you don't play her route (and I went with Stacey).
The characters and art for this game is some of the best I've ever seen
Fun to read through
Fun and heartwarming VN with cute characters!
