This game has no right being as good as it is. The story is impossible to stop following, and the characters are all great. It seems like the developers have a clear idea for the metanarrative going on behind the scenes, which is being told through the lore bits you can find in game as well as some of the dialogue options in between the death game. I wish there was somewhere to discuss/theorize about this, but I couldn't really find this being talked about anywhere. Also, not sure how to contact the developer to talk about bugs/typos, definitely happy to send a report for any that I find. Can't wait for the rest of the story to be out! I'll update as I progress
this game is so peak...
This game has irreparably changed my dialect PEAM/10 would cry again
HOW IS THIS THE BEST GAME I'VE PLAYED ALL YEAR AND I ONLY JUST FINISHED ACT ONE?!?!
They massacred my boy, then promptly massacred my brain, many times. Completely engaged, amazing soundtrack, writing's amazing, but my brain is broken. 11/10 for the fishing minigame.
Cool game so far. Will be playing more.
PLEASE play this game. I've never been this emotionally invested in a single piece of art ever until I read this game. The character development is insanely authentic, the writing is incredible, and it invokes something that no other story has ever invoked before in me. The tension goes through the roof to where just thinking about certain scenes make my heart rate increase, and some scenes are genuinely so sickenly horrowing that they still make me shed tears when I think of them. Whenever a character (not even my favorite) I like had died, I cried as though I was grieving a real person, I was scream crying, it was so tragic. I've also scream cried in happiness, I wished I could reach into the text and protect them all. Also the mechanics are really good. I can't wait for the game to be completed.
Man this game makes my autism go boingy boing boing (in a good way)
Engaging and fun! Looking forward to where the story goes!
