Lost In The Open

专家难度非常容易褒姒，对话完全看不出对手强度，全是盲打，进小地图也没有排兵布阵，直接就是乱排乱打，没有一点布局操作感，全凭运气，发育起来了就乱杀，没发育就不停褒姒，没有一点战略操作感。

Cuando salió en early access estaba un poco roto a nivel de balanceo, así que no hagáis mucho caso a reviews antiguas. A partir de la versión 0.9 esos problemas parecen estar resueltos. Eso sí... sigue siendo un juego de reglas sencillas pero de dificultad bastante alta, empieza jugando en el nivel más fácil. En le combate importa mucho el posicionamiento y la orientación, pero es más rápido de manejar que otros de este estilo. Aunque los personajes tienen habilidades especiales ninguna es demasiado "mágica" (por lo menos de las que he visto hasta ahora) así que mucho peso de la estrategia sigue recayendo siempre sobre las posiciones de tus personajes. También me ha sorprendido los eventos que no son combates. En otros roguelikes de este estilo suele ser texto que sólo sirve para ambientar, pero en este hay que leer detenidamente porque después te da libertad total en lo que quieres hacer. Muchas veces te da a elegir entre opciones totalmente opuestas (ayudar a alguien o robarle, o matarle, o contrarle...). Lo único malo que le veo es que sólo llevan 1 acto de 3 que dicen que van a incluir. Pero ya hay contenido para entreterse horas.

First let me say I am almost at 60 years old and have been gaming since my friend got Spitfire for his Apple/MaCintosh back in 1982/83. I absolutely love the storyline General/King betrayed by a trusted ally. Game play is also spot on for me with turn based combat (remember I am old). The only down side so far and it is probably me is I cannot for some reason beat the boss/army at the end of act 1. 1st play through my fault ran through quick to avoid pursuit and ended up getting decimated. 2nd play through went slower but did not have all the mechanics down (blacksmith upgrades for weapons and armor and syndicate upgrades) got smashed again. 3rd playthrough went slower pursuers on my heels kept my team down to 12 level 4 and above good mix one crossbow, two archers, two skirmishers, the rest melee mouth smashers and guess what got my ass whipped again. Albeit it was closer but my main character keeps getting stunned over and over where he is useless. Does not mean I am through as I am on my fourth iteration on the lowest level (they all have been) with what I believe is a better party. My question, is there currently an act II. I read there was a two and three but was that something being worked on? Well great game and wish me luck as I am going for them again,

Another one that I really wanted to like. Unfortunately I think 'Into the Stars' did the oregon trail theme a little better. Didn't refund, hopefully they take another stab at it. 3/10 * I'll give it another try after the early access is over.
