A truly creative take on an exploration game using sound as its main medium of game play. You'll play as the corgi named Biscuit. You'll use your sense of smell to
track bad guys, find lost children, hunt
, and so much more that I have yet to discover. I can confidently say that there aren't any other games that I have played like this. The world is surprisingly large and full of life. Tons of detail have been put into it and the sound design. The story is engaging and the sprinkles of comedy are a nice treat. All in all this game is very cute and wholesome.
This game was a disappointment for me. The mechanics don't work well, the graphics aren't very attractive, and the voice acting isn't especially good. The gameplay is pretty simplistic and a lot of assets are clearly copy and pasted - this would be okay for a free or low-priced game, but for a title priced at $20, I expected a much higher quality product. The thought of playing a detective-solving Corgi was what drew me to the game, but actually playing it was far inferior to what I was expecting. $20 is a decent chunk of change, and I'd suggest spending it on another, better made dog-themed game, rather than this.
There is no option to change resolution so i can't see all the icons on my screen, the game consists of sniffing for clues yet there's no clear indication of where to go despite using this slow method of discovery, the game world feels very bland and feels as though it was made in some free software that they teach you to do in school. I couldn't bring myself to play it any further i find watching my dog go out to pee in the bush more entertaining than this.
fun and challenging game!
This is good stuff. It's cute without being over the top. It's an all around positive experience. It's super accessible to people with vision issues, both blindness and epilepsy related vision issues. It features a good number of good dogs and you can even pee on a cop when he commits the grave sin of disrespecting the fierceness of a corgi.
Great game! Playing as biscuit exploring the world was fun, and rewarding. Love the blind-accessible concept.
This game is really cool! I'm so excited to see games made with accessibility in mind!! I would definitely recommend it!
Lost and Hound is an incredible game for accessibility using the audio cues and sounds within the game. Its really wholesome and a game you can easily relax with which is lovely to see. The game does have a few ares for improvement such as the dog passing through trees and into the ground at times but this doesn't take away from the game at all. The devs have done an impressive job making this game accessible for all - Bravo! x
This is a great game! Fun for all ages, loved the concept of playing as a dog using scent trails to solve mysteries. Sound effects are amazing, gameplay is intuitive and easy to pick up and play with progressing levels of difficulty. I highly recommend this game.
I have been following the development of the game for a while and it is finally came out. This game is a very charming, fun, and well-suited for everyone. The game shines best with its unique sound tracking mechanic and sound design. AND you can play as a corgi!
