About
Long Gone Days is a JRPG set in the real world about human connection during war, focusing on civilians, language barriers, and borders.
Follow Rourke, young man trained from birth to be a sniper for The Core— a subterranean paramilitary state.
On his first mission, he is sent to the surface under orders of great significance. Motivated to finally be able to show the fruits of his training, he carries out his first orders to perfection only to find out that The Core was far from being the noble organization he thought he knew.
A Nuanced Look at War: Experience the clash of modern conflict against civilian life through the contrast of intense RPG combat and slower, slice-of-life gameplay.
Communication is Key: As Long Gone Days is set in the real world, you'll encounter several language barriers. Recruit interpreters in order to communicate with others and forge bonds beyond borders.
Strength in Others: Meet a colorful cast of potential comrades. Grow relationships through your words and actions as you live and fight together.
Keep Morale High: Choose dialogue options wisely to boost morale in battle. Every character has distinct personality traits and motivations.
Strategic RPG Combat: Spot and take down targets from afar in Sniper Mode, or engage up-close in front-view, turn-based combat. Target specific parts of an enemy’s body for a tactical advantage.
No Random Encounters: Every battle is hand-crafted and directly related to the plot. Your choices in battle will shape your party's lives, and the world around them.

I haven't completed the game yet as of writing this, but I am very much enjoying it. The writing, the characters, the plot so far. It's emotional and dramatic, and I enjoy the pacing thus far as well as the art styles.
Good one, but defiently not the greatest. Imo 88% raiting is a bit too much for it. Writing itself is pretty basic, you will know what its about in a minute and will for sure predict every big thing happening here, but it has a good mix of basic things so its enjoyble. Combat is nice but too easy, you just go into and win everyone without a beat, I don't even know why you need so much items here. Last boss combat is just very slow and boring, I was just smacking enter by the end. Still a "Yes" though, just for artstyle and that it's quite short(especially if remove all this combat time).
I had wanted to play this game for some time, and I finally did! And I've finished the game! First of all, I really enjoy the game. I think it's fun! I like the concept of the game. The art is great, and the pixel environment is very cool. The music is also nice. The characters are vibrant and interesting. The story has its moments, but overall I think it's good (at least, I have fun!). While the theme is quite heavy, it is conveyed in a more hopeful tone. Rourke and Adair were so lucky that almost everyone they met on the surface was nice. Not knowing any of those languages kinda adds to the experience. I felt relieved when I met the interpreters of each country. Surprisingly, the last boss is easy. However, there are also some things that I think can be better. While the story is enjoyable, I wish it were a bit longer to expand more about the characters and about the Core. Sometimes the changes are just too sudden, like Rourke, who was said to be indoctrinated, managed to break free quite fast. For the gameplay, I found some minor bugs, but they won't hinder the progression, so I think it's fine. Other than that, the battle can be frustrating at times. It's a bit slow. The enemies evade a lot and paralyze almost never hit. Despite what I just listed, I think the game is fun, and I recommend it to people who like RPGs with military and conspiracy stories, but don't want it to have too many complicated drama and conflicts, because life already has a lot of them.
非常に丁寧に作り込まれた作品。 キャラクター一人ひとりの耳の形までそれぞれ描き分けられてるのは 作画スタッフのこだわりを感じる。
Overall, I absolutely love this game and would recommend it to just about anyone. The turn-based JRPG style combat is pretty decent overall and frankly very unique for the setting of the game which I quite liked. The pixel art and general art style is top notch with the animated scenes oozing with style and flair. The heart of this thing (and frankly the best part) is its story with all its political intrigue, moral quandaries of ends vs means, and found families spanning past country boundaries. Definitely check it out! Perhaps my only gripe is the ending you get is heavily dictated by your choices (or lack there of) throughout the campaign. I thought I was pretty thorough or at least thorough enough, but sadly I missed getting the more ideal ending with no real path to correct the course without starting all over. I may get back to it at some point.... Orrrrrrr just watch a YouTube video with the other ending. We'll see ;)
lowkey, a vibe
juego que parece haber sido hecho por un principiante con rpg maker.Escritura y controles mediocres para el precio que piden por el
