Loki The Lynx

I have a knack for buying games with no user reviews. :P This is a pretty competent platformer with a nod to Donkey Kong Country and Mario.

Such a nostalgic feeling game! Cleverly hidden collectibles to find, really fun character concepts. A perfect game to sit and chill with (also works great on steam deck). One of my new favourites 😁

If you haven't picked up Loki The Lynx then you're truly missing out! It has been a long time since I have enjoyed a platformer this much. The game does an amazing job at easing you in as the levels get more difficult with it's great level design, awesome soundtrack, fun characters and adorable art style this game is a must play for those that are looking for an incredibly fun platformer that brings you back to your childhood!

If you’re a sucker for that sweet ‘90s platforming vibe, Loki The Lynx is an absolute treat you need to check out. This little gem nails the retro feel with a modern twist. The characters in this game are cool and each one’s got their own quirky charm that makes every level a joy to explore. Levels are well-designed, packed with clever platforming challenges that keep you on your toes. I’m probably about halfway through Loki right now, hunting down all those sneaky collectibles scattered across each stage. It’s the kind of game that rewards you for poking around every corner. The music has a classic vibe and World 3’s music is my favourite so far! I’m looking forward to see what Crimson Crystal Games cook up next!

A great chill out platformer that keeps your attention for those hidden areas! Amazing level design and features! Both me and my son love this game! Bravo!

For the devs first game it's really nice, reminds me a lot of the first rayman game the way things are laid out. Has a nice difficulty to it, not too easy but has some challenges too, I still need to get some more collectibles in some past levels. The art style is cute and vibrant, Loki is just the best, love his attire. Works perfectly on the steamdeck and is a game you could relax playing in bed on.

For the developers first game you can tell they put a lot of love into the game and has played a lot of platformer games in their time of gaming! Difficulty has a nice curve to it as you progress through the stages and the bosses have nice difficulty levels with each you face as well! Characters and enemies look really cool, reminds me of some Rayman/RoboCod vibes. The game controls and how it feels responds well and plays really nicely! Also works really well on Steamdeck which is where I have spent most of my hours on it! If you want something fun, quite simple with a nice level of platformer difficulty then definitley give this game a cheeky play :D

WOW! What else can I say about this game. It was such a throwback to the platformers I used to enjoy but it also brings its own spin as well. The artwork is so fun and the characters are well designed, and the game actually feels engaging to play. One of the best things about the game is how easily and effortlessly the mechanics are explained, through the world not with reading lots of text. Big up this game it was so much fun and everybody should pick it up if you enjoy Mario, Hollow Knight or any fun story platformer!
