This game has potential, although in the current state of the game, it is easy to see there is much work to be done.
Very good idea and very fun game in its own category. Happy to tried it. Workshop is good.
I like it but I feel like many mechanics are simply inscrutable even if you read the manual. For instance, who knows what Battle Score even does. We'll simply never know. There's also many things that could be improved. For one, it seems running out of Logos is fatal since it's the only thing that can help you prevent disasters. If you run out of it, it's totally possible that you'll be hit by 3 disasters back-to-back in the same turn, which will utterly destroy your ecology, ethics and health ratings and possibly raise your strife level. Furthermore, you'll also be unable to prevent wars such as alien and animal attacks, and those are extremely annoying because even if you choose the fully automatic battle mode, you still have to sit through the entire simulation and it's extremely boring. At that point, when you've ran out of Logos, you'll be subjected to disasters almost every single turn and you will also be attacked every single turn. It's essentially game over because it's nearly impossible to get back on your feet after that. The main way to keep your Logos up is to maintain balance between the elements of the cards you play and it goes by threshold. For instance, before playing an 8th card of a certain color, you'll want to have played exactly 7 cards of every other color. If you do this, you get 150 Logos. Next threshold is 14, then 21 and so on. If you skip one of those threshold, you'll for sure run out of Logos and then you're dead. But again, running out of Logos wouldn't be such a game stopper if you weren't being constantly bombarded by catastrophes and faction attacks. Overall, I think that the gameplay loop and the New Age theme and aesthetics are great but the game mechanics are in dire need of tuning.
Worth a try it but don't be surprised if you get frustrated. Requires additional work and testing but could eventually be a decent game. Also needs renaming to get more visibility.
PROS
1. Appealing New Age/Mayan concept for a strategic god game. 2. Smooth card mechanics.
CONS
1. Several major flaws in the battle mechanics including excessively long battles and losing battles without taking part in combat. 2. Lack of documentation or explanation of certain game features. 3. Each game is much the same.
If you're looking for a smooth concept, complete tutorial and have a few happy hours to kill I suggest you look somewhere else... If you want a game that feels cheap at every turn, has unpredictable outcomes to every conceivable action and confusing text written by someone with the barest grasp on the english language and of course..zombies! Continue, this game is for you. When I played this I felt like I was being hit over the head with the crock pot ideas of a high schooler who learned philosphy from WIkipedia and thought itd make a good Sim earth style game. The most fun part is watching good things cause bad outcomes and vice versa. The true worst part is behind it all there is no balance whatsoever, some things can give you a bonus/penalty in the triple digits or thousands, or even millions.
Hello! I think its good a game. Here you can change the history. You can play the god who love the humans, or just be a devil and destroy the earth as fast as you can :D:D:D Graphics is nice, i love the arts of the cards. This game has a lot of potential in it. It could be a good game in the future! If you love this kind of god simulator game, this could be one of your favorite game.

Really pointless game. Absolutely pointless.
Very unique 'god simulator' game where you get to watch the world of people and animals and vampires rise or fall.
Jogo sem graça. Repetitivo. Não há variedade de jogabilidade.
