I like the sci-fi setting of the game and I like ... Lucy. I think we're getting into the groove
Right I have had to revise and change my negative review it seems I rather foolishly tried to play this game standing up and moving about on the Vive, I should have remained seated, so I ended up with all sorts of problems and crashes. I am going to thumbs up for now, try the game again and confirm if I like it, after playing it in the proper mode seated!! No wonder my head kept detaching from my body!!! D`oh!!!
Controls need a bit of getting used to, but thoroughly enjoyed this game. Puzzles not too hard. Good story line. Looking forward to Chapter 2
This game is unplayable with the current control system. You can't turn naturally. You have to do jerky movments with your motion controlled joysticks.
EDIT: Since this game seems to have been abandoned I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND IT. Also the virtues which made it stand out at launch are no longer unique. I really wish they had not abondoned this project as a bit more work and this would have been a fantastic game. I've played the game from start to finish and clocked a playtime of 4.4 hours. By comparison most other games such as 'The Gallery' have only clocked 2 hours so kudos for that. Before you buy you must realise that this game is effectively a port from PSVR and Oculus to the Vive and is therefore a SEATED 180 degree experience. PROs: - Best Storytelling in any VR game so far - NPCs are surprisingly life-like and don't feel robotic - Atmosphere is top notch CONs: - If you are after a fast action adventure then this isn't for you - Seated 180 degree experience - but at least we can play it! - Somewhat clumsy motion control scheme compared to what us Vive owners are used to. Note to fellow Vive users : No, this game does not support roomscale. But 2 of the three big VR headsets don't either and they have some big good looking games coming out for them. If we want devs to port Oculus and PSVR games to be playable on Vive then we have to accept that ported games will not have roomscale. Overall, I highly recommend this game based on it's storytelling through superb voice acting and fluid character interactions. However if a seated narrative adventure experience aint your thing then you might want to skip this one.
Terrible and outdated.
i shaved myself and I couldn't keep my moustache on 1/10
The story is boring, pointless and unfinished. Movement is exceptionally slow and awkward. Several puzzles are incredibly frustrating such as the whack-a-mole section (using a gamepad) Graphics are poor. I cannot recommend this even for <$1
“DO IT AGAIN”, “ALICE”, “ME”) come elementi narrativi codificati, rappresentazioni di **un viaggio interiore e cosmico verso la coerenza**. **Adesso è online.** Con rispetto e visione, **Roberto De Biase**
