The game was short with the same fun energy and absurdity as the previous one

I was lucky to get Lily's Night Off for free (Thank you Onion) . Even if I didn't I would pay anything to play this game. It was one of my favorite newest games so far and you can see why. This visual story let's you play as the protagonist where you was unconscious on the side way there you first meet Lily laying on top of her. The story is as fun and exciting as it seems with its breath taking music and amazing art and cute and funny characters. With it's asking price just being $7.99 this is the most not expensive jam pack fun game I have play so far. one the best vn's I've had the pleasure playing. funny and each ending is super unique, and brought a smile to my face. 10/10 will confidently play again.

Went in completely blind and I can't say enough how good this game is. With lots of funny decisions to questionably violent endings this game is a masterpiece of its own. I recommend going in blind and playing the whole thing through.

Alles in allen war es eine sehr nette Visual Novel mit vielen Entscheidungen, wo aber alle Wege relativ kurz waren. Trotz alle dem war es eine nette Erfahrung, mit teils sehr wilden Enden. Es ist ein riesiger Fiebertraum mit eindeutig Comedian als Kernpunkt. Aber es sollte sich niemand täuschen lassen, gerade das Wahre Ende+ ist unerwartet ernst und Emotional. Hatte ich nicht erwartet und hat mich Off-Guard erwischt. Davor war es eher sehr leichtherzig großteils. Die 100% Achievements sind in ca. 100 Minuten machbar. Jedoch gibt es ein "Extra" Abteil wo nochmal eine kurze Beach Story hinzufügt mit einigen Entscheidungen, welche in noch abgedrehteren Endings verlaufen. Hier muss ich aber zwei Mini-Minuspunkte erwähnen. 1. Es gibt keine Achievements dafür. Bin Achievement-Hunterin und stehe dazu. Trotzdem habe ich die 20 Minuten gerne mitgenommen, auch ohne. 2. Die Erste Entscheidung ist sinnlos da es nur eine gibt. Ein gesamten Minuspunkt muss ich noch geben, da die Art-Stile doch sehr unterschiedlich sind. Weiß nicht ob es eine bewusste Entscheidung war oder einfach durch kleines Budget viele kleine Künstler/-innen angeheuert werden mussten. Die Musik ist rund und immer passend. Alles in allen kann ich es empfehlen, zumal beide zusammen oftmals für ca. 2€ zu haben sind. Für Normalpreis von 6,59€ weiß ich nicht, ich würde zwar sagen ja, da ich vollstens mit der Komödie unterhalten war, aber hier sollte klar sein das es maximal 2 Stunden zum komplettieren braucht. Werde das Spiel nicht refunden, da es mir gefallen hat und der Entwickler das Geld verdient, gute Arbeit. Würde mir eine deutsche Übersetzung wünschen.

If you liked Lily's Day Off, you will love this game. Everything is a step up in this game. The visuals are better, there's actual non-royalty free music playing, and there's more, funnier, and weirder endings. The two new characters are also really great and really add to the humor. And again, the endings get very weird. I love how both games have the story change very drastically depending on what choices you make, or when you make those decisions. The asking price may be a bit high for how long it takes to complete, but if it's that big a deal for you, just wait for a sale. Either way, hard recommend.

Part 2 is truly hilarious, I love it

Received this game as a gift so I could play and stream it to my then-boyfriend and all I wanna say is.. [b]wow.[/b] [i]Lily's Night Off[/i] is a a big departure from the original [i]Lily's Day Off[/i], a game I played when I was very little on a miniature mobile screen. This sequel has definitely been made with great care and love into it, as seen with the art and significantly more cutesy and better-looking UI. It feels cleaner and that's great! And the addition of two more girls into the cast did amazingly for the story, because that also meant more funny memes and characters for Lily and the MC to bounce off of to in terms of humour. Since the original game felt.. less animated. But, what about the story? Uh.. honestly, if you asked me what kind of game [i]Lily's Night Off[/i] & [i]Lily's Day Off[/i] are, I would tell you: [h1]Insanity.[/h1] The story and endings are extremely unorthodox and weird as ♥♥♥♥ - and that reason greatly contributed to making the experience a hundred times better. It's certainly a diversion of expectations to see a pink-haired loli [strike](who is actually an adult?? and a pop-star??? eh????)[/strike] turn into a kawaii magical girl so she can get you to jail. The MC completely changes depending on the path you take for completion, and the girls' characters' adapt as well. It's- it's left me speechless, really. This is not a simple VN you can just go to because of its adorable artwork, or colorful characters, or for cute waifu value. It's a game you play for [b]insanity[/b]. As a full-completionist in one night, I highly recommend Lily's Night Off over its predecessor because it's comical, cartoony and bizarre.
