About

Lightphobe is an asymmetrical team-based PVP game that blends stealth action with fast-paced shooter gameplay. Choose between defending the earth as a squad of well-armed Soldiers, or join the dark horde of ethereal skeletal creatures known as the Lightphobes!

Easy to pick up but hard to master, Soldiers play in a first-person perspective just like your typical FPS. Soldiers will need to defend the active objective from encroaching Lightphobes and also be careful not to get killed in the process.
While AI-controlled Lightphobes (bots) may be easy to predict and defend against, things change when human players are added into the mix. Coordinate with your fellow teammates to survive together!

Playing as a Lightphobe requires a high degree of skill and patience. Being limited to melee attacks makes it difficult to kill your enemies, but the increased difficulty also makes it extra satisfying when pulled off successfully.
With their enhanced maneuverability, Lightphobes can use wall jumps to quickly scale vertical surfaces. They also have a natural invincibility in the dark, and must be exposed by a special light source before they can be killed.
If you enjoy the difficulty of sneaking up and knifing players in FPS games, then this is for you!

You can have a great time here, and if you have friends with you it's cool. thumbs up for this game.)
Played some offline mode. AI is a little simple, but could see this being a lot of fun with a group :) Hoping to get some friends to try it together sometime soon.
A very unique game! We loved the 1st person vs 3rd person concept. Its very cleverly made to force close combat and attacks from the Lightphobe team need to be strategic rather than rushed. The first game was confusing but stick with it and play a couple more and you'll quickly be addicted. A great game to play with friends. I can't wait to see this game progress.
I picked up the "supporter pack" because it looked like it would be a blast for my 20ish player annual LAN party. We play tested last night with 4 players, and all I have to say is "Wow!". Single dev? Free game? This thing is professional. There's no over-promise and under-deliver here, just pure deliver. The game is stable, smooth, and runs well. The game is basic, but its gameplay is extremely fun and interesting. Even with less players and more bots, it was still a great time! We tried to break it by dropping in 25 soldiers and 125 lightphobes but it ran flawlessly, no bugs. I can't wait to throw 20 people in this and go nuts!
What this game may lack in polish and raw options, it makes up for in being wonderfully balanced, and pitch perfect as a party game. The idea here is fantastic, and is implemented in a great way. There's some UI elements that aren't perfect, there's some things that, as I said, need to be polished, but those things could come with time. Mechanically, it's great. I recommend trying it out with a few friends, equal members on each team, with at least a few extra AI team members to help you out. We had 4 players, 2/team, in I think a 10v10 game. It was an absolute blast\, and we plan to LAN party this one.
免费, 没病, 就是长得难看点儿。
R.I.P.
Positive review because the Dev seems like a nice guy. The game however I didn't like, it's free though so try it for yourself.
