Liftoff®: FPV Drone Racing

I love this game, this is what got me into fpv. Pretty realistic and fun to play. I wish liftoff would make more 3 inch setups posible, instead of 5 inch setups since there aren't any 3in in drones liftoff micro drone. Would recomend.

It's really helped me to develop my FPV skills in a short space of time from exclusively flying my Avata in assisted normal and sport mode to full manual mode. It's really easy to connect my DJI Controller 2 and get flying quickly.

Brand new to the FPV world, and I've gone from not being able to take off to being able to do basic laps around the tracks in 18 hours, I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to get started in the hobby. Get yourself a basic transmitter/remote and you can learn to fly without breaking the bank when you crash

If you're about to drop money on a real FPV quad, do yourself a favor and put your hours in here first. 41 hours in and I'm still in the early phase of learning, but the difference this sim has made for my muscle memory is huge — the stick inputs, throttle management, and just getting comfortable with the disorientation of flying in acro are all things you can grind out here without crashing (and rebuilding) an actual drone every five minutes. The physics feel believable enough that the habits transfer, which is really the whole point. Being able to repeat the same maneuver over and over, reset instantly, and not worry about props or batteries makes the learning curve so much less painful. I've watched my consistency improve session over session in a way I don't think would've been possible learning purely on the real thing. It's not flashy, and you'll spend a lot of time eating dirt early on, but that's exactly what you want from a trainer. Plug in your actual radio, set it to acro, and just put the reps in. Genuinely a great tool and surprisingly fun for what's essentially practice. Highly recommend for anyone getting into the hobby.
