A dollar store game. Worth that dollar, but not a good game by any means.
I haven't completed it yet but liking it overall. The game is fun and simple and for the price not bad but there are some issues. The hit box isn't great, your movement can feel a little janky at times. The game feels like it should be fast paced but controls/ attacks can feel slow to response. I have become stuck on tree roots and rocks while exploring or in combat and the only way to resolve that is to either load a save, if you have one or to restart, which both can be annoying but if you are look for a cheap short slasher game, this is a great one to try
Wanted to like this, but the combat is just not my jam. It's fast paced for sure, but it's not exactly enjoyable. The block works fairly well, but there's very little window for mistakes. I also found the level design to be a bit boring. And, it seems like it's designed to be played in one sitting. So, yeah.. Just not for me. But just because I don't like it doesn't mean the game is bad. And I figure some people out there will have a good time.
I dont know if it is just me but I cant look around me super easily the controls work slowly and the game speed does as well. I also have no sense of direction thus far and it could definitely be improved. I like the concept and visuals the most. It also just crashed
HVAE FUN
The game looks good visually and the gameplay is decent and fun.. Only downside is that the map and its props are very buggy. Got stuck under the elevator platform multiple times as well as a statue with no way to unstuck myself. I was fortunate enough to have a save i could load back to, but ultimately my run was ruined and i was unable to finish the game because of this. I will change my review to a positive one as soon as this issue is fixed.. I feel it unacceptable that this happened so easily and so often to the point where i feel they dont play their own game or did any sort of testing.
