I'm glad I stuck with this. I must admit it was frustrating and clumsy at times and I guess it's supposed to feel like that. Some of the timings to complete a puzzle before an instant death are tight. Thankfully, some are more forgiving. It requires some fast thinking and tapping manically on your mouse. There's a lot of reading but it's a great story, even if it is sad and tragic. It pays off at the end though. It's really a story of guilt and acceptance. It's unique in the fact you play as a wheelchair bound veteran and that's something which is a bold move to implement into a game but it works, if not finnicky to manoeuvre. Not massively scary yet haunting all the same. I realised by the end I missed one of the rooms (living room I think), so not sure if that revealed anything or whether it was off limits. Score = 8/10
it had a beatiful story, but for a story game it was very interactive and kept you interested through the story with the gameplay. if you have heard nothing else from this game, play it blind it is amazing
Absolutely beautiful story telling with a Heartbreaking twist
I finished it, talked about it, moved on to other things. But after that… it hit me. The ending stayed with me. Heavy. Quiet. Unsettling in the best way. Mixed feelings — the kind that linger, and that’s rare. It hit me in a way a game hasn’t in a long time. Once again kudos to KLL for making what is probably the best i played this year from one sitting based games!
Wow. What an emotional and well written game. 11/10
