Great game

Has that same wonder and discovery that I felt playing the original pokemon. The Dev is awesome and constantly updates and monitors the game. This is not to be missed. Unique combat and type matchups are tons of fun and there is so many secret things to find. If you like creature collectors with jrpg combat, try it out, you will love it.

The demented love-child of Pokemon Red/Blue/Green and Void Stranger, Letalis has been a highly frustrating experience at times due to some occasionally outright malicious mechanics. That said, i adore this game. It is at times obtuse or malicious but it feels as if this is the case largely to challenge the player to overcome rather than due to poor design. With that out of the way I will conclude with this: Letalis is an incredibly enjoyable Explorative Creature Collector experience that uses minimalist techniques to reward curiosity and creativity. While it may initially come off as shallow nostalgia bait it is in fact a fantastic experience that puts it's own twist on the material it is inspired by. Not to mention that it has a ludicrous amount of content for the price-point. So yeah, 10/10 would turn my best gladiator into slime again.

Letalis is a fascinating game so far! I haven't finished it yet and there are still a few bugs to work out, but the devs are amazing regarding feedback and fixes and ultimately it's been a fun experience. The art style is a fun retro aesthetic, the strategic aspect of the game is interesting although I haven't quite gotten the hang of it, and to be frank the music- albeit simple- is pretty catchy!

This game is Great with an oldschool creature capture feeling along with a difficulty curve thats not a walk in the park but also not super brutal. your gladiators AKA letalis if defeated in some forms of combat can die permanently after a few times so the stakes can be high but you can find more and even capture wild beasts. Using the right combinations you can fuse the wild beasts you catch with the letalis you have to form mythical monster like vampires or minotaurs to fight for you. Also there are secrets galore in this game that will easily get you hooked for hours on end. This best part is that this game is completely open world and fully explorable only opening up even further the stronger and more skills you get from beating other Caesars in their colosseum. Fair warning for those thinking it No this game is not as easy as a pokemon game, all gym leaders (Caesars in the colosseums) are end game content that requires you having multiple people at Max level before attempting it or you will die...and they might not come back meaning if youre not careful you must start from scratch.
