Let's Go! Skiing VR

Very trash game. Consists of only 3 maps that last about 3 minutes each. The entire "content" of this game can be played in 10 minutes. You just propel yourself forward and (poorly) turn with by tilting your head, collecting some coins along the way that are absolutely meaningless. Oh, and after each coin collection, the narrator gives you words of encouragement that get old after exactly 0.034 seconds. For perhaps the only decent skiing game that's currently out, download the environment for the SteamVR Home called "downhill skiing". It's also free, unlike this travesty I'm reviewing.

There is only 1 map with no real punishment for hitting objects or going off course. It doesn't feel like you are skiing, but more like you are on rails and the commentator gets annoying really fast. Not recommended for it's price and for what you get. I was hoping for more of a 'STEEP' style experience with plenty of hills, jumps and variety in the terrain.

Note: I did get this game for free. Getting the game for free doesn’t affect my review at all. --- Let's Go! Skiing VR isn't a "bad" game, it just lacks content. For $9.99, you will be only getting 1 map. The 1 map lacks as a tutorial and main game. You can't turn off the announcer and it seems from what I saw, you don't get added on time if you hit objects or go off course. You also don't get any Steam leaderboard support, only local leaderboard on your computer. I haven't played this game standing, but I did play this game sitting down and I felt very disoriented. Maybe my fault? Haha. It could easily turn into a really cool game, at the moment, it's a tough sale.
