Legend of Kay Anniversary

I played a lot of games in my entire life but this "game" is the biggest unfinished crap i ever played. Your enemy is not gorill king Shun but camera, yes, CAMERA!!! I regret spending on this crap whole 3$, if it was free it would be okay. Avoid this unfinished crap at all costs!!!

I will be brutally honest with everyone and say I got this game as an error of judgement. I thought this was actually a remaster of "T'ai Fu: Wrath of the Tiger" that came out in 1999 on the PSOne. Well, with me being a child back in the 90's you can see my issue. The game is just okay, nothing really special about it and is actually kinda like a kid's cartoon. I never liked much the oriental themed games, just not my vibe but I do like platformers and Kay... is a platformer but with flaws. The riding sections are awful, I would completely cut them from the game. The platforming is clunky and kept missing my jumps due to strange control scheme. There is also fighting which I understood very late in the game but I suggest getting used to it as early as possible. The final Boss fight is pretty epic and hard. Only for true fans of the genere.

Hab ich in meiner Kindheit auf der PS2 gespielt und war total gehyped. Hab mich dann gefreut, dass es überarbeitet noch mal rauskam und ENDLICH geschafft es zu spielen. ABER! Es hat mich an sehr vielen Stellen sehr genervt und iwie nicht so abgeholt wie es früher mal war. Und versteht mich nicht falsch, ich bin was Grafik und Gameplay angeht sehr offen. Aber allein die Kameraführung ist hier so dermaßen schlecht, schade. Und auch viele Gesprächsbugs, wo dann Kay Rücken an Rücken mit der anderen Person spricht, Deswegen nur eine 6/10 meiner Kindheit zur Liebe. Aber wenn euch das nichts ausmacht, kann ich es euch trotzdem empfehlen, weil die Story und der eigentliche Design echt süß ist. Vielleicht spricht hier auch nur die Nostalgie.

Eu tenho jogado com o controle do Xbox 360 e o jogo é divertido. Tem um enredo simples mas razoável para o estilo de jogo, e digo o mesmo dos puzzles. As sessões de plataforma são levemente desafiadoras e intuitivas, relembrando clássicos como Crash Bandicoot (PS1) e Banjo Kazooie (N64). O forte fica no combate que me parece estar entre Legend of Zelda (N64), Prince Of Persia, God of War e Batman Arkham Asylum. Só jogando mesmo para entender.

Look, I'm sorry, but this game simply does not respect your time. The Frog City level in particular was just not possible to complete because every frog egg is hidden behind a very frustrating challenge. The platforming sections are just not fun and the battles can get very annoying as well, especially when you have to fight 10 armored enemies without rest. And honestly, I'm not sure why the boar racing minigame was chosen to be mandatory for game progress. I know there is a lot of nostalgia and the game does start out rather charming, but it really could use some improvements in its design. I mean, retrying something once, twice maybe up to 4 or 5 times is acceptable, but when you have to try something 20 times to complete it, and everytime you fail, there is some effort needed simply to return to the start point, something has gone wrong somewhere.
