That's the first game in the Laruaville series! It has some new interesting Match 3 mechanics you won't see in other games, plus Mahjong ( try it! This mahjong is totally different from regular mahjongs! ) and some Spot The Difference scenes. Plus building the town.

"Laruaville Match 3 Puzzle" is a great match-3 game with unique mechanics and minigames (Mahjong and hidden object games). It runs flawlessly and it will stimulate your brain! A very tricky match-3 with power-ups and unique ways to solve the puzzles. Help the cute ghosts build the house of the dreams! The levels themselves are hard but leave an impression and above all they are fun. So you will be glad it wasn't a piece of cake that required no thinking and ended in 10 minutes. The visual effects, animations and music will help a lot in keeping you calm and focused on the task at hand. If you are stuck, you can use the hint system, which I find very good, comprehensive and helpful. It will keep you busy for hours but without overstaying its welcome and you can always replay it due to its nature. Featuring different modes, minigames and building your town! One of the most fun and intriguing match-3 puzzle games out there. For more reviews, follow my curator https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44864435-Mewesome-Reviews/
The very first Laraville game is considerably different than the rest of the series. While it still has the goal of obtaining all the coins, it plays mostly like a traditional M3 and not so much the puzzle-y concept later games brought in. It also doesn't have a limited moves mode; there's either timed or relaxed. The timed mode features a very short timer, as do all the rest of the games in the series. I like the town scene to build - it's an actual town, and not as cartoonish-looking as the scenes in later games, plus there are more friendly ghosts floating about. There are so many freebie coins appearing after a good deal of the town is constructed that you don't need to play all the way through to complete the scene. This was disconcerting to me, since I finished the town at level 85 with the ghosts thanking me, but there are 115 levels total. No Steam Achievements, but there are in-game achievements, which sadly were taken out with later games. I had first thought only the very first Laruaville has such achievements, but they are also in Laruaville 2. You can't get all the achievements in one game mode either, so will have to at least try both modes if you're an achievement hunter. There's not a glut of minigames. Unlike later games where it can feel more like a mixed-genre game with the plethora of minigames being thrown at you constantly, here there are only 2 kinds of minigames, HOS where you are tasked to find X number of a certain type of object (these are actually pretty challenging with how the objects are blended into the scenes), and a very easy version of mahjong. The focus is more on playing the M3 levels. Graphics are a little dated looking considering the game's been out for 12 years as of this writing, but I enjoyed the trip down memory lane.
Excellent
Hi -- Do you like Match 3 Games + Friendly Ghosts then have I got a game for you. It's basically a match 3 to earn coins to build the Ghost Town -- these Ghosts don't speak unless they need something -- Hidden Object or Puzzle mini game -- a wave would be nice -- after all I did build the town.
It a fun little game help to pass time
