Good in flatscreen and VR after a few graphic setting tweaks. I turned off the upscaling and changed the anti-aliasing and it looks a lot less blurry in VR. Pretty fun game if you are a maniac.

When I saw the first trailer by accident (pun intended) I was hooked! The idea, vibes, visuals, soundtrack... Couldn't wait to play it... Forward half a year, I finally got to play LANESPLIT and it's awesome! It's simple game, with a simple premise - making you feel like you're zooming through traffic on a bike (listening to some rad music). And for me it incapsulate that feeling 100%. It took me a little practice to get used to the handling and game mechanics, luckily for this reason you can tune the amount of traffic on the road (even zero, just to appreciate the maps and learn the different feel of each bike). You very quickly get in the groove and from that point on is pure fun. I like that you can adjust the camera position with the right stick in both views (first person and third person) to tailor your preference. The scoring system linked to the bikes unlock is a smart way to reward longer rides on a specific map and the desire to improve and challenge yourself with more traffic and going faster. For me the game is relaxing, fun and rewarding even when I'm not chasing points and just enjoying the feeling of driving a bike fast on some pretty atmospheric roads (with no real life consequences for accidents).
