It's buggy, janky, the tedium is meant to be the fun, you'll constantly be asking yourself, "Now why's it done that?" But man is it satisfying to get good at this game and to retire into a mansion hand-built from scratch at the end of it.

Lovely little game that I've had a lot of joy playing since early access. Don't let the "lack" of content mentioned in other reviews scare you, tho I would suggest getting this on a sale.

Is this game a bit of a buggy mess? Yes! Is it a cool indie game that grounds you in reality while also letting you have a bit of cheeky fun while building homes that may or may not pass building code? Also yes. Would I buy this game at full price? Probably not. This game is really entertaining and I love the small town vibe and the towns folk. Just don't pee in front of the bartender. Some aspects are super relaxing, but some are super stressful. I do like that they don't expect you to properly finish roofs because they will probably be incomplete or just look downright awful. Sell your first house when you complete it and buy the nofines + mortar silos and hire out the foundation pour, mixing concrete by hand is for the birds. XD

Just like Jalopy, there's an overwhelming feeling that the game isn't.. done. There's a lot of houses you can interact with, but nothing happens. Hints of other features that aren't there. like more mixtapes and space in the UI for them but they never actually appear. A pretty unintutive UI and more than it's fair share of bugs. I picked it up for a quid, which i think is a pretty fair price, but more than that and i can't say it would be worth it.

10 dolar kesinlikle verilmez. Zaten oyun bozuk. İndirimde 1 dolar olsa belki tekrar satın almayı düşünürüm ama bu haliyle asla değmez. Oyunun içindeyken menüyü açamıyorum. Bir de oyunda "I" ve "İ" harfleri kare şeklinde gözüküyor. Oyun İngilizce olmasına rağmen harfler kare olarak görünüyor. Türkçe olsa font desteği yok diye anlayacağım ama İngilizce bir oyunda bile böyle temel bir sorunun olması saçmalık. Para verip aldığım oyunda en basit şeyler bile düzgün çalışmıyor.
