A chill, relaxing game, that still manages to be a little adventure because of the story, but that story unfolds at the player's pace. I don't know how far through it I am after 2.3 hours. It looks and runs great on a vive pro 2 with wands, the item handling is superb.
Great concept and I really hope the devs have the chance to expand upon it!
really interesting & relaxing

Nice wee adventure game feeling like its going for a more historically accurate portrayal of a vignette of someone's life along side two (from what I gathered) sandbox modes, the carpentry system while fun and allows for a great deal of flexibility isn't as in depth as something dedicated entirely towards it (like vrkshop) and in context would be somewhat out of place if it was. Given the developers seem attentive to player feedback it seems like there may be room for expansion down the line which would be great to expand or guide players to building more complex things than ladders and windows (which is still fun in the "story mode" but is underselling the capabilities of the systems in place) I wouldn't be surprised if this was used as a base to create educational content or experiences in the future since this feels like something that could fit in one of those time period activity museums.
The games crafting Is Very close to perfect, Its a very small game in terms of Over all game play but Its worth 5 or 10 bucks to support this level of building and expansion.
Разрыв картинки буквально через пару минут игры, думал что это разовый баг, но нет. Низкий фпс, статтеры фризы - головокружение и тошнота обеспечена. и дело вовсе не в железе i9-12900kf, 64gb озу, rx6800xt
A beautiful experience with the calming creative mode and the tutoring campaign mode I would definitely recommend this amazing experience! :D
suprisingly fun lil game!! i played the first bit of the story, got to the torches and kinda gave up because it felt like tedium in a game with already teadius mechanics and i jumped into the sandbox mode to try more woodworking stuff. baren and clunky with the menus but it was neat to sit down on the floor and try making a table in vr. the game overall needs a nice coat of polish and refinement but honestly this feels pretty good and id like to try out more forging and a bit more customization. on index there isnt any finger tracking but thats fine, not all games need to be the height of social vr and in some games, finger tracking seems to take away or add way to many expectations. what i do wish was there was some more grip poses for open and closed hands, maybe pointing and just flexibility with grab points and what not because grabbing items feels a bit sterile and clunky however im no vr developer so im not sure how hard something like that would be to pull off. gameplay seems really fun, the bit of story i did was cool where you had to build your own bridge and windowsill however things like the inventory and eating system feel a bit useless or at least underdeveloped. i love the idea of an inventory to hold parts for a project or for your puzzles but when i got to the new area after spending 10 minutes taking apart the crypt area and storing bits, they where all gone and that was a bit disheartening. the "hover, gravity, pin" mechanic or whatever its called is a bit weird to get used to and honestly a massive pain and i wish there was some way to rest an item on your knees or something without the need for full body physics getting in the way or kicking things on accident. it would be nice to just rest something on your leg while working on it but i can see how that would get in the way of the user so i highly recomend fleshing out the gravity system thingy. having a belt system to hold 2 or 3 tools you plan on using frequently would be a nice quality of life system so you dont have to go back and forth from the floor or inventory to grab something when building say a table. lastly i think it would be incredibly useful to use the mallet to wack a bit of wood onto a nail instead of having to place the nail, go and hover hold the piece of wood on the other bit of wood then hoping the nail goes thru everything. those are small qol updates i would like to see but this game is already pretty incredible and id love to see more. if you (yes you the customer) have read this far and are ok with janky games with a good heart then i highly recommend this. its a light hearted slice of life type game where you just kinda vibe the entire time. this isnt some vrchat pavlov whatever game where everything is all fast paced and hyper its just relaxing in a medieval time period where you build things the quest tells you with your own two hands. its something i havent really seen before but i absolutely love it. ps: devs if you need more content or ideas, you know where to find me lol

Not a bad game at all. I really enjoy the mechanics and atmosphere. Story is good but would be amazing with some good voice acting. Graphics are nice. Only real complaint I have is no smooth locomotion or smooth turning. Not a total deal breaker obviously but does cause me slight aggravation while playing. Had to turn the graphics down a bit to ease some stuttering. Can't wait to see some good updates and how this goes.
