"Land of Towers" is a family-friendly VR adventure game that immerses the player in the amazing world of Medieval Caucasus. In this world, there's no need to rush: there's no room for commonplace battle scenes, but there is space for meditative exploration and creativity.

Running on Rift S, works great. No bugs or glitches yet, and after around 30 mins or so in free play I've got a handle on the controls. Don't know how to bring up the game menu without exiting the game, but other than that, easy to use. Note for other poster about seated play, there is a crouch button. Fun, relaxing crafting game.
This game is awesome, especially in the vr game drought that seems to be occurring. Some parts you have to use teleportation, I was playing on the glide setting so having to swap back and forth can get tedious. Don't know the direction the devs want to take, but putting more detail into the blacksmithing part of the game would be awesome. VR lacks good smithing games. Overall 8/10
Works on Reverb G2, requires custom controller bindings. Land of Towers is a neat little VR adventure/crafting game about being a watchtower keeper in the mountains. The gameplay is satisfying and grounded in reality: you explore the buildings around and do some menial tasks to get to out of reach places and progress in the story. If you do not enjoy making minor wooden structures from planks and nails in VR, you probably will not like Land of Towers all that much. I enjoyed crafting, but mostly was playing for the atmosphere. And the game absolutely delivers on that part: night time looks and sounds amazing, especially near the ending. The game has some minor problems with AMD GPUs: during beginning of any torch burning there is a few seconds window, where the game turns into a slide show on RX 6800 XT. Other than that, it performs well. The devs even fixed an issue with AMD drivers, that I reported, in less than a week.
Land Of Towers is a great scenic experience with promising physics mechanics centered around building wooden structures. It does not have anything else going for it unfortunately. No smooth locomotion (which was promised a year ago), no climbing mechanics, teleport only, so easy to accidentally freeze/unfreeze items, no index finger tracking, a confusing tower area in the story mode got me stumped, no vehicles, no enemies, water looks like fog up close and is not interactive at all, sticks don't burn on torches, doesn't have a very big game world to explore. The hands don't grab objects realistically, but I did like the physics of many of the objects, and it was fun to push barrels off roofs for example. I might check it out again if smooth locomotion is added, but that seems like a feature the devs just don't know how to handle.
A good game with a person have good hand will make the game popular like it's from sigma's hand.
A beautiful experience with the calming creative mode and the tutoring campaign mode I would definitely recommend this amazing experience! :D
The games crafting Is Very close to perfect, Its a very small game in terms of Over all game play but Its worth 5 or 10 bucks to support this level of building and expansion.
really interesting & relaxing
