Lamentations

Played this with some friends and the game is pretty fun. We thought we were good to up the difficulty after a good run and learned the hard way not yet. I plan on coming back to this to get all the achievements as well as to climb that leader board for the score and speed.

A really fun game that you can spend time with your friends with. It has 3-player coop and different levels of difficulty, so the map and enemies change each time. There's currently two maps to choose from, a backrooms & a poolrooms. There's also a 1v1 PVP mode. There's a currency system and now weapon skins included on the full release. I've played this a lot and really enjoy the game solo and with friends! It's really fun once you start remembering where the things are on a certain difficulty and start thinking you are getting good at the game and then step up the difficulty and find out real quick you've only just begun! Highly recommend, especially for the low price!

Game is unoptimized and nausea-inducing. Beat the game in like 40 minutes while not having any idea of what is happening. Backrooms with guns is a cool concept but there should be a tutorial on how the game works. Game severely lacking in replayability and content

Its a shame, we liked the game but it did immediatly stop getting updates and the dev is nowhere to be seen anymore. You can still play it, but parts will be buggy and performance is also a mess.

OMG THIS GAME IS EVERYTHING!!!! From the very moment I booted up The Lamentations, my jaw dropped like a cartoon character in total awe! It’s like Yooper Games Studio reached straight into my brain, scooped out all the best elements of horror, mystery, and heart-wrenching storytelling, and just SMASHED them together into one delicious gaming sundae! I was SCREAMING with excitement as I dove deeper into this epic adventure!! The atmosphere is so thick with tension, you could cut it with a giant, cheesy pizza slicer—AND IT WOULD STILL BE AMAZING! The graphics are unbelievably gorgeous, like a haunting painting come to life! And the puzzles? My mind was BLOWN into a billion little pieces by how perfectly challenging they are! I felt like a total genius every time I cracked one, and let me tell you, that’s a rare feeling for me!! Then there’s the music—SPECTACULAR!! Every track sent chills racing down my spine and made my heart pound with excitement! It’s basically the glorious soundtrack of my nightmares (in the best way possible, of course!). And don’t even get me started on the story… WOWZA! It’s an emotional rollercoaster that had me laughing, crying, and gasping all at the same time—my neighbors must think I’m bananas!! But I couldn’t stop playing because I HAD to see where it all led! If you want a game that’s going to melt your face off with pure AWESOMENESS, The Lamentations is it. Trust me, you’ll be thanking Yooper Games Studio for blessing the gaming universe with this masterpiece. BUY IT, PLAY IT, FALL IN LOVE WITH IT! Game of the century, hands down!!

J'ai acheté se jeu car un Backroom avec des armes il n'y en a pas des tonnes. Je crois que ce jeu à beaucoup de potentiel. Les armes manque un peu d'effets et de puissances, les créatures une fois morte elles devrait rester sur le plancher au lieu de disparaître selon moi, un peu de décor destructible ça serait vraiment super. Coté ambiance c'est bien, j'ai sursauté a quelques reprises mais les créatures ne bougent pas trop elles nous attendent tranquillement dans un coin de ce coté je crois qu'il y a place à amélioration. On voit bien que les efforts sont vraiment mit dans ce jeu mais avec des mises à jour régulière je crois au potentiel de ce jeu. Moi je le recommande. Je l'aime bien. :) AAA+++

Had a blast playing this game with friends. Its pretty challenging but would still reccommend!

Im really satisfied in this game, I can kill the Ghost. we can fight them back, not just run and run like most other horror games. graphics are nice. there are some unique enemies here, really good ideas from the developer. there is a spider in poolrooms that can not kill you, but will appear on your screen (not appear at the same time to your friends screen) that invicible, its harmless actually but will deceive new players to waste bullet on that hallucination spider. suggestions: 1. please add option to turn off square aspect resolutions. we love 16:9 aspect resolution more. 2. please add stamina indicator bar. 3. please add ammo bullet indicator HUD 4. please increase maximum players per lobby. only 3 people for now. 5. please let us revived by our friends with bandage or medkit or something like that.

Honestly really fun little game, highly recommend, especially with friends
