Pretty nice cozy game. Halfway through, and it's been a nice source of relaxation. The characters are interesting enough to hook you onto a story but not out there that the writing breaks immersion. Speaking of writing, the overall plot of the game is well developed narratively. In terms of performance, with I get some light artifacts and lots of texture popping into views from the draw distance not being to well optimized. Otherwise, I don't really notice any framerate stutter, few dropped frames here or there but not unusable.
非常治愈，有点美国版《岁月的童话》的感觉。真的是一片美好湖光山色里回到故乡，去见一些曾经熟悉或者新认识的人，开车BGM真的很好听。当然结尾的选择嘛，那肯定是去大城市赚钱哈哈哈。毕竟生命里有这一段美好的旅程就够了。
If you like driving games, then this is the game for you, it's also a game which is very easy to immerse yourself into the main character of Meredith
It’s not a bad game—I enjoyed playing it—but it completely lacks a storyline. Given the excellent foundation (beautiful graphics, solid mechanics, and well-written characters) it could have been a masterpiece. All it needed was an engaging plot. That said, if you’re just looking to relax, you might actually prefer it this way.
Decidí tomarme mi tiempo con este juego y abordarlo con calma. Como la historia está dividida en días, cada cierto tiempo lo abrí para hacer un día. Creo que este enfoque me ayudó a disfrutarlo como se merece. Es una experiencia relajante y me parece que va en contra de su propuesta terminarlo de una sola sentada. La historia es acorde al planteamiento jugable y se va desenvolviendo con acierto: conoces a unos personajes en los primeros días y a medida que pasa el tiempo los vas conociendo más y más. Por otro lado, la música es buena y visualmente es espectacular, aunque algo irregular en momentos puntuales. Con todo, como un convencido de que los videojuegos son una forma de expresión revolucionaria, valoro mucho mi experiencia con Lake. Recomendado.
