Ladder it Up!

Fighting Malenia was easier than fighting with this ladder. I like the pain and suffering here xDD

Alright here's the deal. I bought this game because it looked legit and fun as a strategic platformer. However, it was far from it and here's why. I played Only Up and 100% it and completed Chained Together. This game is classified as 'Full Release' when it should be in Alpha or perhaps Beta and they jumped the gun. The graphics are nice and deceiving. It looks like something perhaps Blizzard would have made. The problem lies with everything but the graphics. Originally I played the game and quit because it was a mess. I couldn't summon my ladder, the checkpoints were wood piles that wouldn't replenish my ladder among other things like you only being able to jump 4 centimeters. Issue was the checkpoints originally didn't give me my ladder back and the summon it was only 3 charges (I assume a bug?) so I stopped and waited. The dev(s) showed promise and fixed a lot and updated like crazy so I decided to update the game and go again. Once I set up my stream it notified me that on Twitch it has 3 followers only. Okay, red flag again, but I tried it again anyway like a fool. They DID fix some things. HOWEVER. The jumping still feels like trash, the game still feels like someone just made it out of college courses, the target audience is nobody clearly, the platforming portions you can see how it could be good and done well but it isn't, hit boxes on boulders are hit or miss (pun intended) and the best part of all is that you can hard lock yourself. I ended the stream after my 2 hour run by getting hard locked in a tower with books and random assets/furniture that was seemingly randomly placed. My ladder got stuck up at the top and I was left with only the option to restart the entire run or return to the main menu. I could not retrieve my ladder because pressing the R button with my upgrade repositioned the ladder on top of the books which I needed on the ground level to progress. I don't recommend anyone buy this game. I don't recommend anyone to consider this game. The only fun to be had here is to get past the jank platforms/platforming, controls and obstacles the dev's put in place. They want you to overcome their own flaws and faults to just claim you won. Nobody in their right mind seeking a fun experience would play this and Steam offers WAY superior options for $10. You can even get 2-3 games that offer a bigger and better platforming experience than this game for the same price including difficulty if you so choose. They should have just spent their time making a good, solid platformer without the niche' ladder. It probably would have done a lot better because the art is solid minus the main character never blinking and looking like his soul is dead, much like this game. Gоddаmn Travesty/10

Podsmażony boczek, cebulę i przyprawy dodać do wytopionego surowca 5. Całość energicznie wymieszać 6. Całość przelać do słoików 7. Pozostawić do wystudzenia 8. No i git Smacznego!

Consider this game a pretty good warm-up for any soulslike, if you beat this game, Elden will be a pleasure to play.
