Labyronia Elements

Von all den reduzierten Steamspielen erhebt sich Labyronia Elements aus der Masse. Die Story ist sehr angenehm, klar nachzuvollziehen, dafür jedoch recht strikt zu befolgen. Nur die Reihenfolge der verschiedenen Kapitel ist veränderbar. Vom Gameplay her erinnert das Spiel an das klassische Kampfsimulationsspiel, ähnlich wie beispielsweise Pokemon Dungeons oder alte Harry Potter-Spiele. Natürlich kann so ein kleines, altes und auch nicht wirklich populäres Spiel mit den größeren Varianten mithalten, aber es kommt zumindest an eine solche Erfahrung heran. The game is fun to play but it seems like there is no way to go on past the second fire element guardian. There is just a cave with darkness, a rock path with a boulder blocking the way and a twisty path that ends with another item to equip for your character. The game is somewhat easy to understand and i hope there is a work around because I have tried everything listed above and can't seem to go forward. Can some one follow up with more detailed instructions?

It's a great game overall. Fights are fun, the story is interesting and the music and atmosphere create a good immersion with/despite the 16-bit old-school look of the game. The few flaws I noticed are some very exagerate challenges such as the tree that chases you in the forest (it was hard to beat even with a cheat engine for f's sake) and I could not recover my saved game after changing laptop (are files saved in the cloud?).
