About
Kraken Academy is no ordinary high school. Ghosts fill the art department, cultists meet below the monkey bars and now crocodiles are eating children.
Join forces with a magical Kraken to save the school (and the world) from the dastardly deeds of the Traitor, a malevolent mastermind who could be anyone on the campus grounds!
While saving the world is definitely an important goal there’s a whole range of other activities to dive into. With the help of a magical amulet bestowed upon you by the Kraken, you can play with time to learn teachers’ and students’ routines, and explore every corner of the campus. Attend a costume party, become a detective, and help the school’s janitor bring down a crime syndicate.
Kraken Academy is split into four clubs: Music, Art, Sports and Drama:
🎸 Join the alternative Music Club and complete the school’s edgiest rock band.
🎨 Flex your creative flair in the Art Club and show off your work at an exhibition.
🏅 Compete in challenges to become the ultimate warrior in the Sports Club.
🎭 The Drama Club may be full of snobs, but if you can't beat 'em, join em! Who knows, you may even become a star in their next extravagant play.
Lucky for you, your amulet will let you join them all!
Kraken Academy is a melting pot of wacky personalities. In the Music Club alone you will meet pretty boy and lead vocalist, Vladimir, who struggles with keeping his hysterical fangirls at bay; ill-tempered bassist, Simona, always seen in her giraffe hoodie, who hates everyone (including you); and Broccoli Girl, the drummer, who just can’t get over her ex.
So come on! Grab your uniform, lunch money, magical amulet and ignore the voice in your head that says this is a terrible idea!

Мы попадаем в странную школу, где во что бы то ни стало нужно спасти духов-хранителей, которые привязаны к конкретным ученикам, иначе миру конец. Главный герой не особо этому рад, но что поделать. Придётся быть мальчиком на побегушках и решать местные проблемы. На всё есть три дня, но главному герою дают возможность сбрасывать петлю времени, так что можно особо не париться. Геймплейно всё довольно просто. Бегаем туда-сюда, постепенно открывая новые участки школы, следим за временем, говорим с персонажами, у которых есть свой распорядок и задания, ищем нужные предметы и иногда решаем какие-то небольшие загадки. В общем-то, всё. Утомило ломать всё вокруг ради получения бутылок, которые нужно перерабатывать для покупки предметов. Выглядит и звучит приятно. Не особо длинная, что хорошо. Из явных минусов тут только гринд бутылок. Чего-то масштабного от такой игры и не ждёшь. Просто хорошая инди.
Good game. My bigget complaint is the lack of an autorun option.

Kraken Academy is a quirky, time-loop adventure that turns a three-day circle into a playful puzzle box. Each loop sends you into a different school zone, where your goal is to free the guardian tied to that area . Along the way, you gather clues, befriend oddball characters, and slowly piece together how to save the world. It’s a compact, funny, and surprisingly heartfelt experience that makes rewinding time feel fresh rather than repetitive. Rating 8,5 / 10
[b]I just lost interest[b] - Playtime: 5h45m - Played 2026 - Context: I don't really like these kinds of adventure games but this looked quirky. [b]Intro[/b] In Kraken Academy you are a student at said school. It turns out the world is ending in a few days so the titular kraken gives you a time travel button that puts you back at day 1 while retaining freed spirits. You have to join all four classes to free their spirit to save the world. The game itself is just typical adventure stuff. Walk around, interact with/pick up things, talk to people, do quests, etc. [b]The Good[/b] - Some fun weird characters like broccoli girl. - I didn't have to look anything up until several hours into the game. - Cute graphics. - Essentially no fail state. - The overall tone is quite nice. [b]The Bad[/b] - You have to hold Shift to run for almost the entire game. - Some minor grinding. - As is typical for the genre, there is some moon logic. - Save points. - Minor annoyances like having to open doors constantly. [b]The Ugly[/b] - Keyboard-only controls that are kinda bad. - They expect you to find a hidden area that is not indicated at all. [b]Conclusion[/b] I honestly expected to dislike this and uninstall it quickly, but it kept me entertained for quite a while. But then it got a bit to complicated/convoluted for my brain that is just not wired for this kind of thing. When i tried to get back into it after a month it was just hopeless and i gave up - i didn't want to follow a guide anymore. [b]5/10[/b]
