[Won a beta key in a wishlist milestone giveaway, did some pre-launch testing.] I have been waiting for this game to come out for five years, and did it meet my expectations? holy ♥♥♥♥ yes it did Klang 1 held a very special place in my heart for mostly sentimental reasons, along with it feeling like a one of a kind experience. I have no idea how to properly express how that game makes me feel, but it was incredible. However, it lacks polish; a playthrough without encountering any bugs whatsoever is probably impossible. Klang 2 also managed to capture that same wonderful, indescribable feeling, though it is far, far more polished. Even in beta testing, bugs felt far less frequent. The gameplay is quite different, no longer a rhythm-platforming hybrid, more akin to osu, but in my opinion this change has not hurt the game whatsoever. It's fairly simple, with only holds, short clicks, and swipes, but the loop is incredibly addicting and I soon found myself trying over and over to get perfect clears. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, though unless you played the first game (even then), it's probably not the main draw. But ooooooh h h, the g r a phics. gotta love the graphics bay beee, you can tell how much care went into each and every level at a glance. The only negative things I have to say about the game are the following: >It's a bit short, but that's honestly understandable. Quality is better than quantity, especially with a solo dev. Expect about a 2-4 hour first playthrough. >return butt zoom you absolute tyrant @tinimations >:(

Its good but I miss the platforming in Klang 1. They removed the platforming and focused just on the rhythm part. The visuals can get overwhelming and I often miss dashes because I just dont see it in the chaos. Its also hard AF. Overall I still think its a good rhythm game because the controls feel snappy, the graphics are pretty and songs are good imo.
i really enjoy this game, love all the music and story. I tried to play for 2 hours non-stop and i got motion sickness after i played, maybe if Klang 2 can get rework on their animation and camera movement that would be great!
战斗和打谱结合的音游,玩起来很酣畅淋漓 但因为很特殊地要用鼠标打谱,所以有种FPS跟枪的感觉,,,
my finger hurts
Recomendo! ;)
I urgently need a DLC to add more music T_T
This is a great addition to the rhythm game library, I recommend using the mouse over the controller if you feel is a bit too easy in the beginning.
it even has a beach episode
其实玩法是挺好的,但是某些关卡的节奏性确实差强人意,可以邀请osu那边的睾丸来测评一下在发布的
