Nostalgic. Its still an excellent family game.

These games are all fun and awesome - back in the day, on old hardware. This MAY be just me, on my computer, but this game basically doesn't work. The window is either full screen (which is too big for the resolution of the older games) or it is a tiny window. I could not figure out how to save my game. It wanted me to manually enter dos prompt to specify a file directory to save, but would not work when I did. Biggy screens pop up during/between menus. Maybe there is a way to make this wonderful old game work on modern desktops without compromising all enjoyment. Let me know how. (I requested a refund after 15 minutes)

Great game from the past

I played the entire series (except KQ8) after 35 years. Apart from the technology, first games were basically designed to keep you playing for hours to save puzzle. So the pace is not bearable I think. However, I strongly recommend playing these games as they are historically important, yet entertaining. My all time favorite is Hero's Quest series as I grew up playing them, but I also recently played almost all Sierra's Quest series. Still storytelling and game play is great of all of them in Quest for Glory... As in KQ manual says, it is like visiting a museum. So play and enhance your imagination. Play with your kid to enhance theirs as well.

I love the old school graphics and gameplay, it brings back a lot of memories! The storyline is great and the puzzles still hard.

These are classic games. I played the agd remakes and a different one for iv so i wouldnt have use parser. I definitely would recommend this pack up until Vi. I would play VII if you never played it but i feel its a huge disappointment. I through VI are good although i like IV the least of those. I think V is the best of the bunch but just my opinion. There are also guids all over the place and for III that probably might be necessary
