King of Dragon Balls

While I have only played this game for a short period of time, it is my life. I have achieved enlightenment from the masterly crafted story used in this game. КиКо is a story teller for the ages. Because of this game I kicked my herion addiction, found a wife, and started a family. I modeled myself after the knight. The nuts represent the lust for revenge inquired by the wizard, as this was all a ploy to destroy the royal family and become the king himself (neat little factoid only true Dragon Ballers know about). Overall, 10/10.

very little gameplay, basically just click super fast and try not to get hit by the skeletons. however, I still managed to die a lot, which was extremely frustrating. as another reviewer mentioned, you can just run past the dragon and attack it from behind where it can't hit you, but this is more difficult than it sounds because if it starts breathing fire while you're running past, it is guaranteed to kill you. that person also mentioned that your health is infinitely regenerated while standing in the area where the "new round" messages appear, and this is true, but I've also noticed that the game seemingly doesn't allow you to damage the skeletons while you're standing there, so if you want to kill them and make more progress you'll have to make yourself vulnerable again. I don't know why the game even gives you a shield when you can't actually use it, the sorcerer calls it a "decorative shield" when he gives it to you which I guess is supposed to be a joke, but they should've just made it activated by the right click (since attacking is left click) or removed it from the game. overall I think this game is worth the price I paid for it, but that's because I paid nothing for it. it was gifted to me by a friend, and I don't think it was worth whatever price she paid. if you like to suffer, you will love this game. otherwise, I don't recommend spending your money on it.

These guys (or just one guy flipping accounts to mislead gamers) do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into DailyIndieGame bundles as cash grabs. Out of character for these guys, they did actually attribute some of the art and some of the music to the actual creators. Phoenixxx Games/КиКо have a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work. Taking this seriously as a game, which nobody should, it's a fail. It's a basic 2D wave survival brawler that's dressed up to look like a platformer. Waves of enemies come at you from left or right and you have to fight them by mashing a button or using magic "ball" attacks, that's all there is to it. There's not much to expect given this is just more cash grab shovelware. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. King of Dragon Balls is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.
