A year ago when the game was released I heard a lot of negative opinions about the release, but now I see that the developers have already developed the game to such a level that it is worth the price. I played a lot with the first and second parts of the game and I really liked them all, and this can be said about this third part as well. What I feel is that there is a lot of potential in the game, much more than there was in KF2. I looked into a few negative comments to see what they didn't like and if people could even describe it, they said things like the music, or the skins (plus, they have a problem with a specific skin that they miss), or that it is poorly optimized, and the rest are philosophical like "the game has lost its soul" or "a step back compared to KF2" and so on... The optimization started with difficulty for me too because I first put the game on the HDD and the loading was extremely slow. But then I think it's my fault, it is written on the store page that SSD is required. I think these opinions are a bit exaggerated, I haven't seen any huge bugs or any features that ruin the gameplay experience. The truth is that we are dealing with a still unfinished product that will be enough in the long run if the developers take care of the game. There could be a lot of quality of life upgrades, or improvements in balancing, levels, classes, monsters... Of course, people want everything at once, but they don't see how much work is behind it.
like the game and it's awesome but I can't play it anymore my PC CPU I believe cannot handle the game anymore after you Showdown update I can play it for a bit if I get lucky but it has extreme hitching and it will crash on me if you have a higher end PC than me I would recommend this game otherwise this game is awesome I just can no longer Unfortunately play it until the devs fix whatever the issue is
The game is responsive and tight but the animations feel off, there's no weight to melee and the guns sound like toys. Now that could just be a me issue, but making people pay money for skins that were just part of the past two games is crazy.
even with my very real 5090 it still runs 20fps on low preset. put the game back in the oven and wait for it to cook fully please.
The game itself is fine, but only when it works. Like 4-5 hours of my "playtime" is me waiting for the shaders to compile because the game wants to recompile them randomly when I boot it up.
This game is not fit for sale, it stutters for every single bullet fired and hangs for multiple seconds every single explosion. I have an AMD 7900xtx card with 24GB of VRAM and a 3970X.
i think this game is good i like it but at the same time it kind of jumps the shark as a third installment in the kf franchise everything from the gameplay to the art style is pretty different if you have played the first two killing floors i think you should at least try this one its not for everybody and it gets hated on for not keeping the tone of the first two games but i still think its worth your time as i think its getting better with each update
