The dev really put a door in the game that says "Locked... I should come back in a few months.", announced a free dlc to finish the incomplete story, never released it. Door still says "months". 7 years on and the dev cant be arsed to change one word in the code from months to years. This game is like a really great action movie with a really great idea for a plot... which then fumbles it by trying to be more than it is and ultimately just leaves you feeling let down, too many unanswered questions and too much intriuge established and squandered. I regret that I cannot recommend this game.

Muito obrigado Edward por ter me presenteado com esse jogo. Com certeza, este é um jogo muito único. Direção de arte, jogabilidade e trilha sonora trabalham juntas para construir uma das experiências mais singulares que eu já vi. A história é bem intrigante, digna de um roteiro de filme. Em menos de 5 horas você consegue concluir, mas pode se estender mais porque alguns níveis possuem uma dificuldade razoável. Uma experiência única! Nota: 8/10.

One of the few games I have to come back to every now and then, again and again. I've already finished it 5 times on Switch and finally decided to grab it on Steam too. If I had to pick one game to play for the rest of my life it would probably be .....Elden Ring... but Katana Zero is breathing down its neck :)

The best way to describe this game is adrenaline rush with awesome soundtracks to vibe with! It is an action game with some beautiful pixel art and soundtracks that fit the vibe. The game itself isn't long and can be completed in one sitting. It is a bit pricey considering that so I would suggest waiting for a sale. I was able to finish the game within 5 hours. The achivements are not very obvious and some of them are quite tedious. I recommend following a guide if someone is going for 100% completion. Mechanics - 9.5/10 Art/Visuals - 10/10 Sound/Music - 10/10 Gameplay - 10/10 Story - 9/10 Overall - 9.5/10
