9/10 Walking Sim, yes It's a Walking Sim, Psychological Horror, Noir, with lots of Philosophical Discussion. How do I explain everything I love about this game? There's too much good to talk about, the music is amazing, the whole plot feels like it matters, and the gameplay is fun. The entire Shaun Mehndez plot is about people who are victim to the surveillance state, the Rachel plot is about people who are victim to their own family and use work as a way out, and finally the whole game is wrapped up by explaining it all. It takes a lot of inspiration from varied media, it starts off with the mirror thing from Silent Hill 2, mixed with Prey 2017. Then it starts to be more surreal like Scorn and other walking sim games. Daniel McGovern is numbered just like the people in THX-1138, and you have a whole family plot that winds up exactly like Evangelion. I really like this game, a great story was told and was well worth the time.
The first act is definetly a horror game, act two and three are so well written, I love this game and the story writing.
