Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 14 → 4.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Its a shame.. I wanna like this game, i enjoy the city building but the 'RTS' just doesnt work.. i have crashed more times than i count and just keep getting stupid bugs that shouldnt be a thing when its just forces slower movement on map and having to rebuild my all my armys. I have had a bug where i am attacking borders and POP my whole army just vanishes into thin air? Give it some love and attention devs and you got something good. Wait for few more updates to come out then maybe pick it up on a sale like I did is my best advice.
Kaiserpunk made me sweat in already hot summer days. If my apartment wasn’t climatized, I’d have a big issue with that . As any game there are great features as well as ones that honestly suck. But overall package is not bad at all. Let me explain what I loved the most – everything linked to warfare. Even here game doesn’t shine in all aspects, but I was most drawn to war element. Reason is because you are in direct control of everything related to military endeavours. You’re industry boss setting up production and deciding how many tanks, handguns, airplanes and cruisers you’ll have. Then you’re the CFO deciding how to allocate and pay for upkeep of all that hardware. Finally, you’re also a general that decides how to organize armies, where to send them and how to direct battles. I LOVE the fact you control everything in this entire chain. No excuses for failure. It’s hard to get everything right, but if you succeed, taste of victory is the sweetest. Before you become successful, you’ll likely start and fail a number of sessions, but just endure. Once you get the proper strategy, it if fun as hell. Until second Australian corps runs you over for the fourth consequtive time.

Good new mechanics for the military aspect of the game. However the flow of attacking, border breaching and occupying a province is heavily disrupted for me. The UI is either a master of hiding the button for occupying Iriabia (I could occupy and conquest the West Europe province but not Ibiria (Spain) or I need to go through the tutorial a thrid time for how to conquest a new region. And that is something I really dont wanna do anymore after a few tries. Either it is a bug and you fix it or make it more approacheble so it is clear how it works without needing to go through the tutorial multiple times. Thanks for taking the time to improve it.
It's a decent game, very similar to the anno series. In fact, I find it a little easier. The military overview is a cool idea but this game is buggy mess. The UI also leaves a lot to be desired. It can be hard to click and manage units on the map. Sometimes, I can't at all and I have to find another way to select my units (it's bugs out and I'll find another way to do something, this happens often on the campaign map). It's a cool idea but needs more TLC. Fix the bugs, add more depth and this will be a solid game.
At first glance the game has depth and a breadth of content, from economy to strategic combat. It doesn't. Economy is painfully simple, you will yearn for the more complex simplicity of Anno... or anything really. Yes it has a lot of resources, but there's never any sort of managic economy, or trying to make it efficient or... just build. Money never runs out. Trade means nothing other than 'free' resources (money spawsn out of thin air, just keep your population happy). In sum, this is a sandbox builder with prerequesite; build a chain to build more chains. The combat is even simpler. I won't waste my breath on it. Build a few units and you'll steamroll. It isn't engaging, theres no reason to touch the 'strategic cards'... moving on. Switching between these interfaces causes visible hangups and freezes on my machine. It looks nice. From memory I think either OG or EE are from my country, so I'm sad I have to downvote this game. It's just, I spent almost 9 hours chasing fun and I'm not having any.
It seems like a really good game to me; managing a city and setting up different production lines to supply your armies makes it very immersive. [ But it is full of bugs, performance stutters (especially on the world map), armies that disappear from the map, battles against zero enemies that never end unless you close the game and load it again, and many other bugs on the world map. ] In the city management mode, it works very well and with good performance. It's my experience with the Strategic Frontline update that came out on August 13, 2026. I don't know if the previous versions had the same problems.
As a Patron player, it's nice to support a game where every update feels like the developers are actually building something ambitious instead of just selling promises. Kaiserpunk is immensly ambitious, and still raw in some aspects. But idea is fresh and interesting and devs seem to push out bigger and bigger updates even after more then a year. Can't wait to see what they cook in another year!
Żeby ludzi do białej gorączki doporwadzać.
Perfect game for summer. It's so huge, it'll consume my whole vacations. But worth it, my Euro-Asian Empire will be remembered for ages
Keeps crashing while saving or autosaving. Unplayable like this.
