The other reviews have this spot-on - this one's a toughie. A first playthrough is short, probably around 1-3 hours. The visuals are minimalistic and just fine. The music is okay, but I ended up listening to my own stuff in the background instead. There's no settings for adjusting sensitivity or visual fidelity or anything, which is inconvenient. Levels felt long in some cases, and none of the levels have checkpoints. It's up to your taste, but I ended up getting pretty frustrated when a misclick or movement flub right near the end caused me to die, and I had to start the entire level over. I died pretty often, sometimes because of a mistake and sometimes because I was messing around.
The movement system is janky, particularly the wallrunning. Pro tip: click A or D JUST BEFORE you touch the wall to start a wallrun. Holding A or D before you approach the wall won't work well, as you'll see in the infamous Level 9. Think of the A/D key as triggering the final magnetic "click" onto the wall... but the clicking has to be well-timed. And then while wallrunning, click jump BEFORE letting go of A/D to get a proper jump off the wall. And basically never let go of W.
Also, fun fact: you can also climb most walls infinitely by doing a short left wallrun, jump, immediately turning around, right wallrun, jump, immediately turn around, repeat. I had some fun cheesing levels like this.
I can recommend this if you're a freak like me that likes learning how to control weird first-person parkour games. But that's not most people.
