its brocken for win 10 gen comps. (see discussions) it has to be reShaded or Voodoo-ed in order to get your char jump properly. the resolution of 1078 x700 is also an assvibe, and then its still laggy.. I remember this one on earlier machine. it was fun btw. a remake would make sense to me .

Short & sweet.

Good for what it is; if not the prototype for something great. Does the brand well; with a fun visual style; goofy ragdolls, lean pace and killer soundtrack. It's a decent half-lfe and halo clone; but said design works for this character and world. It is unfortuent that its plot isn't particaully deep; wastes its comsic horror villians with lame boss fights and runs out of interesting enimes and weapons at the half way point. Good solid time; if safe. 7/5/10

在steam游玩本作你得提前打好宽屏补丁、修改分辨率和锁定帧数的补丁，并且游戏还有个bug，你按10次空格可能有一次能跳起来，得下个d3d8来修复。（尽管游戏也不太需要跳跃，但让判官膝盖健康不好吗） 汉化就别想了，冷门游戏啃生肉得了。 我没看过漫画，印象里判官的敌人都是人类罪犯，结果游戏里又是吸血鬼又是丧尸的（人类敌人还是有的），很新奇。 本作没有选择改编电影剧情，而是直接用的漫画设定，反派是漫画中爵德的宿敌，死亡、恐惧、火焰、腐朽四位黑暗判官。 玩法还原了判官的设定，集警察、法官、处刑人于一体，先对街上的混混或罪犯进行口头警告，配合的当场抓捕并判刑，不配合还想反抗的，可以选择打掉手上的武器再进行抓捕，如果还不肯投降，只能就地正法了。 判官的武器设计也很还原，招牌小手枪的各种功能性子弹都做了出来（全自动速射、碎甲弹、反射弹、燃烧弹、爆裂弹、追踪弹），此外就只能再拿一把枪。 射击手感还不错，枪械没后坐力指哪打哪，最难受的地方是换弹太太太慢了，而且手动换弹会直接丢弃当前弹匣所有剩余的子弹，专治换弹癌。好在人类敌人掉落的弹匣特别多，随便捡捡就几十个了。 主角有一个自动恢复的护甲，但只能挡挡子弹，被怪物近身打一下，不仅护甲直接没了，还要扣血。血量不会自动恢复，也不能手动使用医疗包回，在地上拾取或者找医疗兵要的医疗包，只有在血条空了的时候才会自动使用，更像是额外生命。 不是粉丝的话，不推荐游玩。

Got this as a free game via game spin on Fanatical. Small oldstyle shooter with some corny DOOM-esk type of humor in the arresting system. Murder? That's 2 years maybe. But being fat or littering? That's a lifetime worth of prison! The game was short and simple but I had fun with it. It is quite vibrant in color compared to some other shooters out there (fitting for a comic book based game), you have the charming blocky models , the game doesn't try to be too realistic but didn't shy away from gore either especially in one particular cutscene that I will no further spoil. Soundtrack was fitting, nothing really felt out off place in terms of audio. The game is a bit dated which is normal for its age I would say and has some bugs, enemies tend to get stuck on geometry and freeze or just freeze when reloading a checkpoint sometimes and I couldn't adjust the mouse sensitivity on Steam Deck at all (I played the whole game on Deck). At least there were no crashes and I personally had no lag spikes aside form a single room that was filled to the brim with fire effects. Overall it's a good game to let off some steam after a rough day. Sometimes all you need is to cuff some ruffians and bash some zombos. With how short the story is I wouldn't pay full price for it and the game can generally be found at a huge discount for 1 or 2$. It has an arcade missions and multiplayer as well (dunno if it works though). Biggest gripe for me personally is the lack of achievements, if those were there I would definitely grind out the arcade stuff. It's cute. Just don't send Judge Dredd to America.

Before I bought this on Steam, I hadn't played it in years. I used to spend hours playing Judge Dredd: Dredd vs. Death on my PS2 when I was a kid, and coming back to it all these years later has been a great trip down memory lane. Sure, it's dated by today's standards, but honestly, I still think it's a really fun game. There's just something satisfying about patrolling Mega-City One, deciding whether to arrest criminals or dish out justice, and using the different Lawgiver ammo types. It captures the Judge Dredd universe so well. The nostalgia definitely plays a big part for me, but even without it, I found myself genuinely enjoying the gameplay. The levels are varied, the atmosphere is spot on, and the cheesy early-2000s charm is impossible not to love. This was one of those games I could never put down as a kid, and I'm happy to say it's still just as enjoyable to revisit. If you grew up with it, it's absolutely worth picking up again. If you've never played it before, just go in expecting an old-school FPS rather than a modern shooter. Still one of my favourite PS2 games. I am the law. 👍
