Awesome remake of the original Jones In The Fast Lane, a couple of things need added.... a save function and voice i miss the "You Got The Job" whenever i get a job/new job. Other Than that it looks great and plays great and me and my brother love it considering we used to play the old one a lot.
A delightful remake of the old Jones in the Fastlane, has the grindy charm of the old one with some new mechanics thrown in for good measure.
Excellent game! Looks good, the themed maps are great. Excellent addition to those who used to play Jones in the Fast Lane. Dev updates a lot as well! Woo!
Please support this. Look up "Jones in the Fast Lane" to check out the precursor online, and you can really appreciate the effort put into this game. Thanks!
Iv'e been playing this on the Steam Deck and Iv'e had an overall enjoyable experience. It's the same game concept as games like No Time To Relax. Except this is far more advanced with dynamic changing prices, weather events requiring jackets, a constantly changing stock market, road blocks and buildings being burned down during turns. I should mention on an edit of this review, the developer has updated the game and actually impressed me with the fixes and content. The only caveats that I have so far. -The menus are very minimalistic. -There is no in game save function. -The controller can be wonky maneuvering across the map. -Multiplayer controller support has not worked for me at all. -It has low FPS on the Steam Deck for how little the map is.
Nice game to play casually, not too complicated, but at the same time not too easy.
Epic game , you get lost for hour´s. This game is great remake of the classic so many memmory´s on the fast lane :D fun to play , nice graphic´s, self explanable tutorial with the option of lan and multyplayer. Single player well worth the buy. opend the game then all of a sudden 3 hrs gone . 2x thumbs up
Gra Bardzo fajna i przyjemna. Zawsze losowa! Idealna na Gre z Przyjaciółmi :(
Using multiple controllers do not work, buggy controller layout. Dev should fix controller experience i like to play shared screen with multiple Xbox controllers on remote play. Other than that it seems fun enough.
Jonesville is such a fun and underrated game, it’s way more addicting than I expected. It’s got that old-school life sim vibe but with a modern twist, and I’ve honestly had a great time playing it both solo and with friends. The random events always keep things interesting and I wish there was more. One minute you're thriving, and the next, you're dealing with a market crash or car repairs. One thing that would help keep things interesting is if you could mess with other players without it affecting your character. I really hope the devs keep supporting this game because it has so much potential. I’d love to see more content and updates in the future. Definitely a hidden gem that more people should know about. UPDATE: The game is still getting updates and a lot of love. I appreciate the effort that the developer(s) have put into this game. Amazing work!
