This is a pretty good blend of most of the different genres MixoGames does: jigsaw puzzle variants, HOG, slider puzzle variant, pick-2 clutter, mahjong, word game, and solitaire. The CE extras are where the mahjong, word game, and solitaire levels are found; the main game is the jigsaw variants, HOS, clutter games, and arrow block slider puzzles. The SE portion features 11 "chapters" of different themes, with each "chapter" containing 6 levels. There are a few more of the "assemble a picture from the fragments" type of jigsaw puzzle than the other games, but otherwise a reasonable balance among all the gameplay genres. In the CE bonus levels, there are 9 mahjong levels, 9 solitaire levels, and what looks like an endless word game sort of like a crossword puzzle. The coins you earn from playing levels are used to unlock the CE bonus games. No Steam Achievements, but a few in-game achievements of the "play long enough" variety which eventually build a garden scene. Three different difficulty levels to play in, and on hard mode, most of the levels have more things to find/clear out, or more obstacles/playing pieces. I actually thought the solitaire was set to be intentionally unfair in hard mode because in normal it was a walk in the park, but on hard mode it took several replays of most of the levels to win. You can customize the difficulty a little within a difficulty mode, as the swap-2 jigsaw puzzle variants all have an assortment of piece numbers to choose from. Difficulty mode can be changed at any time while playing. No timers or mistake counters at all regardless of difficulty mode. Graphics are pretty, and the soundtrack is relaxing. There's a screensaver sort of "game" in the CE extras which plays music and displays an assortment of garden images if you just want something nice to look at. Doesn't have the fake-looking AI voiceover scenes seen in many of the other games this developer makes, which I appreciate. Something I wish could be changed is if the bonus coins which randomly appear wouldn't vanish. But that's just my gaming OCD getting frustrated when I can't see a coin in time against the very busy details in the clutter games. One of the mahjong layouts is bugged where coins often fly completely off the left side of the screen at least in windowed mode, and are therefore impossible to pick up. If you enjoyed a particular genre, check out these other MixoGames releases for more: RestorArt (jigsaw puzzle variants, clutter games) Lost Amulets (mahjong) Love Letters (word game, also endless) Twistingo (HOS, particularly the newer ones...the early ones were more marble popper variant). I'm hoping a game of the arrow block slider puzzles will be made as those were my favorite games, but a number of the aforementioned games also feature these puzzles here and there.
An exceptionally good game in its category. AAA graphics combined with high quality gameplay and tasteful music. Highly recommended.
Love this game. Fun to play.
relaxing and most of the locked boxes are challenging but can be solved with the except of one or two.
j'adoreee cette version encore plus jolie que la premiere, decors, couleurs tres feminin... les jeux casse tete sont distrayant...
