best free puzzle game.

Really lovely puzzle simulator, 100% recommendation! You can choose whatever picture you want with as many pieces as you want and it has some really cute details. Feels like a small game, so there are not as many features as in some others, but somehow it just makes it feel even more like the real thing. Also some tiny bugs but nothing too bad. Plus nice support from the developer. Definitely my favorite game atm! :)

Игра 'Jgsw' оказалась на удивление увлекательной головоломкой. Простой, казалось бы, принцип - собирать узоры из кусочков - быстро затягивает. Поначалу уровни кажутся тривиальными, но сложность постепенно нарастает, заставляя по-настоящему напрячь извилины. Графическое оформление минималистично, но приятно глазу, а спокойная музыка помогает сосредоточиться. Управление интуитивно понятно, никаких сложностей с освоением не возникло. Отдельно хочется отметить разнообразие головоломок. Помимо классических форм, встречаются и необычные варианты, которые заставляют взглянуть на задачу под другим углом. В игре присутствует приятная система прогрессии, которая мотивирует двигаться дальше и открывать новые узоры. Единственное, хотелось бы видеть больше контента – новых уровней и, возможно, дополнительных режимов игры. В остальном, это отличная головоломка, которая поможет скоротать время и потренировать мозг. Рекомендую всем любителям жанра!

Jgsw is just a simple jigsaw puzzle game and it checks all the boxes I wanted it to. So here is why this game is awesome. First, it works pretty much perfectly with the only issues being when the physics goes goofy (usually when you put connected pieces on top of other ones). Second, you can upload pictures to use for your puzzle so you can have any puzzle in the world you want. Third, the game is absolutely free and still has achievements. Fourth, you can make the puzzles any size you want. And finally, the game has multiplayer (though I never tested it to be fair). As a neutral point, I was also not expecting that the drop zones would be as nice as they were, but in the end, I used them very little. It is all very basic in its presentation and functionality, but it has all that you need and compared to other games that make you pay for a select few puzzles, sometimes simplicity is bliss. There is not a lot I would change about this game; however, I do think that the fact that you can only upload pictures from the web and not your computer is a pretty major miss in this case, but it was not really much of an issue for me because I just reversed image searched the images I wanted to use. The sound design was fine as well; it is extremely minimal which was perfect for me because I just turned on videos while I played. It has the feedback for connecting pieces and a little bit of flair when you complete a puzzle for the sound design, so I think it was the perfect little touch. Maybe I am a bit too enthusiastic about the whole thing, but I got a few achievements, over 38 hours of fun, and paid nothing for it. I got exactly what I wanted, why wouldn’t I be happy? >^.^<
