About
Jamhouse is a fast paced falling block/platformer hybrid where the board forms the ground beneath your feet. You're surrounded by jams! Pick them up, chuck them around, clamber all over them -- just make sure to keep making matches, or you'll be buried in fruit preserves before you know it.
The more you play, the more you uncover! Beat challenges and accumulate score to unlock new characters, new flavours, and new outfits with which to customise your runs! Raise the stakes with new ways to play, or make a pretty palette with your collection of colours.
It's all sweet and simple fun on the surface, but dig a little deeper and you'll find an endless well of depth that never stops rewarding your creativity. You can arrange jams in clever shapes, set up massive chain reactions, play lightning-fast for big time bonuses: there's more to Jamhouse than meets the eye.

I liked this game from minute one. Addictive, clever, and surprisingly stressful whenever I got myself *shades* In a jam
Jamhouse is my beloved and one and only! I don't play video games much otherwise but I took the time to get used to the Jamhouse controls and take the plunge and I am obsessed (I have played many more hours in the beta versions than represented alongside here on Steam)! Jamhouse can be a really simple brainless game to play while doing other things, but it also keeps rewarding careful play and practice. The learning curve is nice and long so I could watch myself making steady progress and picking up new tricks. The music is absolutely wonderful and all the skins and jams means that I also love treating it aesthetically like a dress up game or pallet maker. This is a game that feels so perfect that it feels like it should already exist and be like a 30 year old classic. I play only on my laptop, so you don't need a controller (or a powerful machine) to play well. Yay yippee come jam come jam!!!

Jamhouse bravely answers an important question: "what if Tetris was also a platformer"
Fiddled with the game a bit because the creator makes a webcomic I like, and it's pretty neat. I haven't managed to even get close to the skill ceiling yet, but I bet falling block puzzle game sickos will get a lot out of this.
Only played for a little bit and I am very bad at it but I already know that I badly want to be not bad at it.
Once in a while I come across a game with a premise so elegantly simple and so easily communicated and so fantastically executed that now it exists and I've played it, I slap my forehead and wish I'd thought of it myself. Jamhouse is one of those games. I'm not a big puzzle game player but I like this game. I like that it feels like no mistake is permanent, I like that even within your first run you can tell there are all these neat tricks to learn, and I like Jamila's DX face when you lose. It's good! I see myself mostly jumping in for ten minutes here and there but I think you could easily become a Jamhouse Full Timer and really dedicate yourself to getting good at this game.
fast paced match 3 puzzler fun. each character feels different to control. i personally prefer jamila out of all three, and fortunately she's unlocked by default. looking forward to collecting more jam flavors as i play.
This feels like the kind of pristine game premise that could've existed in the 80s, if the schmovement tech was up for it. Also, as I sit with it more, I like the lack of any menu screen between booting up and being in the field of play. Start Toiling.
I lied on my resume and got this job without having the requisite match 3 experience but my previous employment in the circus meant I came in incredibly skilled at juggling. If you like match 3s, tetris, and aura farming, this is a sweet twist on the usual formula.
Very addictive, I'm gonna be playing this whenever I have downtime I think. Fun schmovement and interesting puzzle gameplay!
