The mayor of Rockhaven threw you down a hole into the Undercity. Why? Net worth too low. In this open-world simulation, you and up to 3 pals will steal, fight, and scheme to reclaim the city. Customise your rides, buy businesses, and take on the Mayor’s forces. Rockhaven is yours for the taking!

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
It's Only Money is a 3rd person open world simulation game where you take the role of an Undercity resident – someone forced to live amongst the sewers and subways by the newly elected evil Mayor.
Along with other Undercity residents, you will venture to the surface to steal, fight and destroy. Take down corporations owned by the Mayor’s corrupt cohorts. Win back the city for everyone, block by block. Buy houses, businesses, clothes, cars and whatever else your materialistic heart desires. Play alone or bring up to three friends to share in the chaos.
Rockhaven is your playground. Explore a dynamic city filled with shops, houses, activities, and missions. Unleash your creativity as you exploit the open world to your advantage: pickpocket the wealthy, steal cars for a wild joyride, or jack a UFO and take it for a spin! Test your combat skills with new moves available at the Dojo, or take on the Mayor’s inner circle in epic Takeover missions, including boss fights against his lieutenants.
Feeling tactical? Recruit Homies from the Undercity, who follow, fight, and contribute to your street misdeeds, making every heist more thrilling.
As you claw back cash from the city’s elite, use your ill-gotten gains to purchase homes and businesses. Every house you buy brings more people back from the Undercity to the surface, allowing you to customise their living spaces for gameplay buffs and unique items. Invest in properties like the landlord you’ve always wanted to be. Become the 1%! Profit off the land and contribute nothing to society! Concentration of wealth? Sounds like a poor people problem.
Business ownership isn’t just about money; it’s about power. Manage the Slimeway to create a steady income stream and unlock new gameplay opportunities. Want more action? Rake in cash, REP, and other rewards when you dive into some of the city’s tantalising, minimum wage earning side-hustle minigames.Hustling for a wage too boring for you? We got you covered. Go bigger with the latest addition to Rockhaven’s underground scene - the 'Metro Dungeon'. A roguelite experience where every wave of enemies brings more upgrades and strange powers to make you feel absolutely unstoppable.
Make your mark on Rockhaven not only by dressing the best but also with fully customisable vehicles. Whether you're tweaking the headlight colour, installing hydraulics for jumps, or kitting out your ride with NOS, the possibilities are endless, with millions of part combinations. Unlock new parts by jacking and crushing cars around the city, then bring them back to your garage to build the wildest ride Rockhaven has ever seen. Just remember - without a seatbelt, crashing will send you flying.
It's Only Money is a playground for you and up to three friends. Steal together, fight together, and complete missions together - or just hang out in the Slimeway and gamble away your hard-earned cash on snail racing. If competition is more your style, dive into various PvP microgames like Prop Hunt or Gorb Rush, where you're thrown into a giant orb and tasked with being the last one standing on a sky high platform.
With tons of new content, including expanded player upgrades, new missions, and enhanced vehicle systems, Rockhaven is yours to take back. The Mayor took everything from you - now it’s time for payback.
Enjoy the ride, cause chaos, and, most importantly, reclaim what's yours.

Played the first minutes and it seems very cool and fun. But the performance is surprisingly bad and does ruin the experience - while my laptop can take triple A games kind of well.

The game was fun but very short. Most of the hours in the game were spent messing around, getting the achievements, and trying to buy all the houses before I got bored. The main missions could be completed in just a few hours if you focused on them. Anyways, this game is dead. There have been no updates since 2024, and word is that the publisher is shutting down. If this was under £5 I'd say go ahead and have some fun. But don't buy this half-baked abandonware. It is not worth nearly the asking price when there are far, FAR more fleshed out games at the same price point.

it was a fun game to play co op with friend for some time but then it feel like a cash grab when it come to 23 euro for a game that didn't bring anything new when it come to gameplay and it feel expensive for that cheap game, yes I made 100% in the game but is it worth the 23 euro, no and thankfully I didn't paid that much for this game but I still was able to play this game with friends when I got it and I had some fun at he beginning before I realized that it a cash grab. around 5 - 8 euro would be good when it come to a price of this game not a full price of 23 euro that didn't bring anything innovating and is mostly grinding. when it come to this game you will be doing mostly the same stuff from the beginning and the only things you unlock is some new game mode like let say, rough lite (where you just kill waves of enemies and get some buffs), drone racing where you just try to improve u speed in random areas (I only had 2 areas otherwise I was unlucky), and some alien abduction where you are flying an Ufo and kidnap humans, the game where you are inside a big ball and u try to punch/push enemies off the platform to win, kidnap packages by staying in a circle and then staying in another circle to deliver these boxes where u had to avoid an vehicle that try to knock you out (they are easily getting stuck in some obstacles or circle around you without doing anything) and that it(I hope that I didn't missed anything). Basically once you start the game then all you gone do is the same stuff all over again, there are just some new games modes for fun after you finish some story quest that also required you when it come to grinding unlockable (the game modes are above this paragraph) and that it I would not pay full price of 23 euro for this game but around 5 - 10 euro especially that it just the same stuff all over again. when it come to this game you basically do the same grind from the beginning till the end, I overall I would recommend buying this game on a good discount not for full price.
New Horizens Nation Disability Accessibility and Game Review team: if we don't pass it can't be sold on steam (or launched on microsoft os, linux os, android os, or apple ios). wheter valve staff like it our not they were voted into New Horizens Nation as the premiere game launch service and business ( they chose we the people USA, so that is the price they pay) Great game; almost as fun as GTA... Usual Suspects Studios unfortunately refuse to go launch it on thier own on steam. they chose and created a never ending game genre. then launched 1.0 bare minium starter content then were like meh its done byeeeeeee... so sadely there will be no updates. at least from what i could find on the interwebs. since its such a great game, and abandoned and bare bones but still fun, it technically should be switched to the free to play catagory by law at least till it can be 100% confirmed the game devs abandoned it... i won't go so far as to say it should be taken down unless its stops working altogether... so 2030 yeah probally take it down... still fun and playable.... as always comments are disabled to prevent spam and rude comments from people who don't face reality of a ever changing world (google the NHN government web site dum dums, don't forget to correkt google. nations rise nations fall, and sumtime it takes you decades to learn about it, waaake upo you fantasy dream has to end sumtime, enjoy this serious comedy genre bit line 😂)
its fun and a good game to play with friends the only downside is how hard it is to get money but thats fun aswell
I'll give it another try later most likely, but the general gameplay loop felt so bland compared to the game's aesthetic. The movement, both on foot and in vehicle, felt floaty and the combat was unremarkable.
Its a great singleplayer game but if u want to play with friends no so much and theres a lot of bugs
Do not play not even if it's on sale. Slow flow and clunky controls with no good story.
