The plague destroyed the world you once knew. This unknown bacteria destroyed the lives of many people who lived in various countries around the world. When the plague was first identified by doctors, researchers started working on a cure immediately. The infected people were transported into hospitals to isolate them from other people.

The gameplay is just a walking simulator in some nondescript place that only paid half of their light bill. The game has two light mechanics, one from your flashlight and the night-vision feature on the camera basically handed to you at the beginning. The flashlight is about as useful as using an old ♥♥♥ rag to clean your face, so you'll be using the night-vision most of the time. That is until it runs out of charge and you have to stand around doing nothing while you wait 15 seconds for the whole thing to charge up. The flashlight also has a charging mechanic, but you have to find batteries to charge it up, which wouldn't be so bad if each charge didn't last just 15 seconds. Furthermore, as your flashlight's charge decreases, so does its brightness (which it wasn't very bright to begin with), not to mention that it also starts flickering a lot at 2 bars. My guess is that the developer (or developers) intended for people to flip back and forth between the two things, but the flashlight and camera take forever to pull out and away (though you can keep the camera up indefinitely without using night-vision). So if you don't want to burn both your flashlight and night-vision charge simultaneously, you have to wait for the flashlight to turn off and then you can start using your night-vision. The time it takes to do it isn't that bad in all honesty, but when you have to do it so many times, it becomes more than just a nuisance and actively hinders the pace of the game. I'm glad I put the volume for this game really low, since the screamers were super loud at 30% volume. The screamers sound like they were from some free sound library or from a local cable access drama. Either way, they sounded more silly than frightening or heart-clenching. Some textures will clip into each other, namely the walls. This game has a really bad issue with walls for some reason. The walls and the floors are disconnected from each other at various points, so I don't know if the developer(s) didn't know how to connect the walls and floors to each other or what. Regardless, you can see the blue skybox between the walls and floors, ruining any immersion I would have had if I had any to begin with (which I didn't). It's very jarring, but not in the way the dev(s) intended. When reading the documents, the text spills past the paper, making it almost impossible to read the entirety of the notes since the text blends in with the dark background of the game. Other times, the sentences would just end abruptly, which I don't know if that was an intentional design or not, but with the context provided in my previous sentence, it only makes reading the notes more annoying. There are numerous light issues throughout the game, where the light from one room pours into another room. This may be happening due to the walls not connecting to each other, but there may be other reasons as well. There is floor tiling missing, though that may be intentional. Regardless of whether it's intentional or not, it looks very out of place and can sometimes create blind spots if right below a lighting source, as the floor reflects the lighting very brightly. The only positive thing about this game is that the graphics are okay, sometimes good. One last thing, I wasn't able to complete the game due to getting stuck in the mountains (that shouldn't even be there to begin with). Whilst I would recommend to fix that bug, this game isn't worth the time or effort to fix it. I was climbing the mountain to see if there was anything else to experience, but I only ended up getting stuck and quitting the game since I already gave up on it 15 minutes earlier. Overall, the game is mundane, silly, and not worth playing if you enjoy video games. I'm sure there are some people who enjoy these types of overly-simplistic games with a myriad of bugs, design flaws, lighting issues, slow gameplay where you don't do anything, almost zero ambiance and immersion, clipping textures, and random screamers, but I'm willing to venture and say that most people don't like these types of games.
I feel like I caught something from playing this.
